I love my quooker tap!

Had a small issue, Called customer support.

Ryan Platts was the service engineer who came to fix it, he was so professional, helpful and courteous. He is a credit to the company!

Gheorghe arrived on time was very pleasant, efficient and was able to answer all my questions. I had two quooker taps serviced one of which was not working before George arrived. Very happy with the service and my two now working quooker taps!

We've had a Quooker for years and happy with the tap itself. However, when we recently had a slow leak (Quooker engineer confirmed was a product fault) Quooker had us pay for product flaw repair in full. On their website it states "no maintenance service required" so we only focused on exchanging filter every year when beep occured. If we would have knows a service every other year could have prevented water damage in our kitchen, we would have done this earlier. Terrible customer experience and doesn't feel right to be charged for tube repair that was faulty. If Quooker tap wouldn't be as good I'd change to new tap even if at higher set-up cost as service experience was terrible. No sense of customer, no compromise, no listening.

I’ve had my Quooker tap for approx 10yrs, there was no service available when I got my tap originally. Gheorghe came and provided some great advice with regards to replacing old parts and getting the best out of my tap for another few years. Would recommend the services to any Quooker owner.

We called out Sean, to do a full service on our Quoker tap, he was a genuine pleasure to work with, professional, excellent product knowledge, gave us some useful tips and went above the line by helping to identify and fix a leak/coffee granules under the sink. I have no hesitation in recommending the customer support at Quoker and if you get Sean you're in safe hands 5 stars all the way.

Once I reported the issue it was rectified with 5 working days

The sparking water is never very fizzy. It's more like bottled water that has gone flat. The gas cylinders are expensive and do not last long. The only really good part is the boiling water. I'd advise against getting the chilled water / sparkling water option.

Gheorghe arrived promptly and had all the relevant spare parts and equipment required to replace our tank. He explained each step of the process so we now have a good understanding of how it all works. A very pleasant individual to work with. Thank you Gheorghe!

Since I got the device installed it has never worked smoothly. The control that allows the different functions seems to stick and is not easy to use. I have got a kettle for visitors as they have so much trouble with it. The hot and cold tap lever has fallen out on 3 different occasions (the first time on 25 December 2023) when the tap is in full flow running hot water. It is always difficult getting the lever screwed back in and most recently the water was running for almost 30 minutes before a screw driver inserted into the hole turned the tap off. I would not recommend this product.

Was in well need of a service. After contacting Quooker (Frankie Morrison) all dealings were excellent regarding advice of a few issues and also booking in for the service.
The service was carried out by Blaine and have to say you couldn’t meet a nicer fella and excellent carrying out the work. Arrived on time and worked away.

Great to have the Quooker Flex back to brand new quality.
