Nigel called out today to fix my leaking tap. He was very quick, tidy and had the job done in no time. Had a nice way about him, very personable and very apologetic about the issue. Couldn’t have asked for better service

Our previous quooker was great but the tap for the new one (in new house) is awful - quite often it takes 6 or 7 go's for the boiling water to come through. SO annoying

Ryan came to service our quooker and deal with a fault we were having. He was very professional, immediately knew the problem and had lots of useful information. He was on time and excellent to deal with. The only reason I am giving 4 and not 5 stars is that it took 2 weeks to get an appointment.

Always loved the idea of a Quooker, but it only became a definite “must-have” after Liam’s excellent Zoom tutorial. Incredibly helpful, supportive through every step and made the whole experience seamless. Now I’m a massive fan!

I needed my cold water filter cartridge replaced and Liam Barry helped me out. He instructed me on the correct one to get and was very knowledgeable in answering my questions and guiding me through it. was a fantastic service provided by Liam.

Just had my second Quooker tap installed today and once again it was a stress-free experience. Liam Barry was brilliant in the shop and talked me through the BYOQ (Build Your Own Quooker) process, which helped me finally finish off my dream kitchen.

Visited the showroom last week as the ole ball&chain and I decided to install a bar on our summer veranda. Naturally a tap and sink was needed and after hearing from a close friend who recently dealt with the Quooker team, we tipped down the road to have look ourselves.
We were helped comprehensively by Liam who was incredibly courteous and made the whole process seamless. Needless to say we will be back again if the kitchen gets ANOTHER renovation!

Holy Moly, what an experience! I inquired about procuring a new tap for my home and was met by love and helpfulness by Liam Barry. He was extremely articulate and had the answer for every question I put to him. He even knew the PH of the water in my locality. Cannot reccomend Liam and the quooker family enough!

I visited the showroom and was highly impressed with the quality of product, so much so that I dragged my wife down to take a look - trust me, not an easy feet taking her away from her mixer on the weekend. I might add the staff, particularly Liam and Pilar (I think it was), were particularly pleasant to deal with. Highly recommend the taps and the in-person experience sale experience!

Best buy ever. I contacted Quooker, got a call back in minutes. I dealt with a lovely girl Sasha Giness, there was no hard sell. She explained my options in simple terms and I felt comfortable purchasing the tap. The tap arrived by post days later and an jnstallerxamw as arranged. The process from start to finish was flawless. Im so happy with my Quooker tap and the experience of dealing with Quooker and Sasha.

Instant boiling water great for tea and cooking. Filter water quality was still perfect when the alarm sounded to replace the cartridge after 12 months.
