The technician Dave B. contacted us before arrival as requested allowing us to prepare. On arrival he spent time with us reviewing the best place to site the router before commencing work. When complete he reviewed all rooms to make sure the signal is as expected. All work was done with the minimum of mess. We were happy with the installation.

Exceeded my expectations so far. Sign up was very quick and straightforward and Quickline even took care of cancelling my contract with my old provider. Guys turned up to fit fibre to the property without an appointment, but it was done quickly. On the allotted day Adam came and did my install and he was very polite, wore shoe covers and performed a spotlessly clean installation. He answered any questions I had and left me with a connection running slightly above the anticipated speed. Overall, I’m really happy and would definitely recommend Quickline.

Really positive experience with Quickline. Bobby was friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. He took the time to check signal strength throughout the property rather than just doing the minimum, which was reassuring. Lucy was also a great help. Both made the process smooth and straightforward. Happy to recommend.

My installer Aaron B was fantastic. He was efficient and explained everything and went over and above to ensure I was connected to my devices before leaving. I am a very happy customer.
I did have a few issues during the process before installation with communication and notification of progress of my application but all good now

The Quickline technician Peter Watson was very polite and informative. He discussed the process and checked if I was OK with what he was going to do. All in all the service is recommended. Also internet speed is far better as advertised.

Our quickline installer, Dave B was very considerate, took time to find the ideal location for the best reception, and best route into the house for the cables. Really quick but thorough job, many thanks.

Installation completed quickly and competently. Everything left clean ad tidy and all devices working. Nothing too much trouble. Would highly recommend Dan.

The experience was horrendous.
Had a sign put outside our house saying road to be closed for 4 days.
Not stating who was doing the work or why.
Came home on Sunday to 5 heavy signs and plastic barriors on our wall.
Work supposed to start Monday that didn't happen.
We told the workmen to take the signs away from our property.
They then put at the front of the property against our plastic spout.
Sand bags overflowing on the floor in our grate.
Took photos to send to the company to complain about the lack of consideration to our property and the mess.
Work started on Tuesday the road was blocked off.
We had to drive 7 miles around as the work was on to the main road.
Do in total had to do an additional 50 miles rest of the week.
To get to work and home.
Earth was left when should have been taken away.The job wasn't done by the Thursday it was Friday.
Noise dust and workmen who were not respectful of property.
The company haven't even sent a roadsweeper to sweep the road.
Hard core on the road.
Complained £20 amazon voucher promised not received.

I initially applied online but had not gone ahead with full application as I was still with BT. Tom called today and has set everything up, date for installation, payment etc. Brilliant, polite, quick, efficient and I've saved money very happy.

The installer Mr Dan D was very helpful explained everything in detail in a pleasant manner.
Dan D has been one of the best, if not the best we have had with are WiFi from Quickline. Highly recommend 👍

For how smooth she has made the change over and to deal and help the mother and father in laws who are not so experienced with Internet as they are elderly and clare Andrew could not do enough 5 star service?

The girls who connected us on Friday 1st May were Louise B and Kat B.
They were very quick friendly and efficient.
We are however very concerned that we will not receive a MasterCard to pay off BT redemption fees for at least 60 days. Why can you not transfer the money to our account which would take minutes.
