This company is great, it was easy to order and I got a text to say when delivery will be made with the option to change the date, on the date of delivery, I got another text to say a one hour slot for delivery. The food was packaged well. Definitely use them again. :-)

Recept of goods after ordering is nice and quick, never an issue with goods being out of stock. Prices are really good, cheapest price for the dog food i buy.

It was good to find them, as I was tired of my existing on-line pet food supplier with an appalling website that takes for ever to login.

Orderd online and even given a time slot when it would be delivered . Delivery given between o8.49 and o9.49 and it arrived at 09.20.Well wrapped up.

Bought two 12kg bags of Wafcol Salmon and Potato for £69.99 including delivery. I ordered after 5pm on Monday, they arrived Wednesday afternoon. Excellent price and excellent delivery speed, definitely a happy customer!

Every time I use them I get a great service.

The order arrived promptly, but the cardboard box it was packed in was looking very sorry for itself. It was just too flimsy for the 24Kg of dog food it contained.

Once the order had been confirmed, they did not provide any further updates to advise that the package had been dispatched, or when it could be expected to arrive and no tracking number.

DPD, the courier they used, have the ability to advise which one hour slot during the day the delivery will be made, obviouslt not a service they contracted DPD to provide.

Bought 3 mixed boxes and they were well mixed, dispatched and received in 2 days, and great value. As a fist time use I will be using again
