Called prior to ordering online and the person who answered was very helpful and checked stock for me straight away. Ordered with the free 3 to 5 day delivery on a Wednesday and the paddleboards turned up on the Friday. Very impressed at the customer service, speed the order was processed and the price from purplemarine.

I'm new to paddle boarding so spoke to Purple Marine's support line as I was undecided between two of their products. They were very helpful and answered all of my many questions.
Their prices were very competitive, and website easy to use. I ordered online and the iSUP arrived a couple of days later via free courier delivery. Product looks very good quality, and can't wait for the summer to give it a try. I would shop with them again.

I purchased a new paddle board from Purple Marine a couple of weeks ago. Communication was with Ian over email, who was fast and efficient in responding to queries. A day later, the goods arrived on my doorstep, so not really a lot more you can say about my experience with them, other than his pricing was exceptional and he fulfilled what he said he would.

With us being in lockdown again, it's too early to have tested the equipment, but hopefully there's nothing faulty - was an extremely expensive board so I do hope not.

If there is a problem, I have no doubts that Ian will give us the same attention he gave us before the purchase.
