Paddleboard purchase
Enquired about item prior to buying and received good customer support.
Placed order and was gping to be delivered in 2 days. No issues in organising another delivery day for when I was in. Really enjoying the paddleboard as well.

Ordering from Purple Marine
The staff member I rang to check some details of the pump I purchased was knowledgeable and very helpful. My pump came on time and I got an email saying when it was coming. It was a good experience ordering from this company and I will certainly use them again should I need to.

Really helpful
I'm so glad I contacted Purple Marine after I ordered a sup pump on line. When I explained what I wanted the pump for the kind lady I spoke to was not sure I'd ordered the right pump and went off to check. It turned out I'd ordered the wrong type. I would been forever pumping the dinghy up. I was able to cancelled the order and reorder the right one. They were so helpful.

Shipping was fast
Shipping was fast, only thing was ordered 2 paddles and only received 1, emailed purplemarine and received quick response with the missing paddle sent out the next day. Great products and great customer service.

Great product and customer service
The Purple Marine team was really helpful and answered all my questions prior to my purchase. They also helped resolve an issue with a gauge which turned out to be broken so they sent me a new one.
The speed of dispatch and delivery was excellent.
I'm happy with the product and the customer service Purple Marine provides.
