I ordered a custom sized window film. The entire process was flawless. I got the product cut perfectly and with instructions which were easy to follow. I also bought the tools needed to put up the film which too were of high quality and reasonably priced. All together a great company and a great service.

Simply the best.
I have used Purlfrost for a number of years and their products are exactly what I want for my windows. Customer Service is excellent (especially Tania the office manager). When my product went missing with Evri (having been advised that it was lost) she organised a replacement. However, this was not needed as Evri decided to locate my parcel and deliver it forty-eight hours late. Would I use again? Yes. In fact I am about to order more but will request they don't deliver using Evri.

So easy to order exact fit online with plenty of styles to choose from. Speedy delivery and easily explained step by step guide as to fitting. Was very easy to install and looks amazing.

The company sent the film quickly after other order was put in . The instructions to apply were easy to read. If you are applying the film to a large window I would suggest it takes two people.

Everything was very smooth and delivered on time. The window stickers are perfect and the instructions for fitting them very clear. They look lovely and I would completely recommend them.

Quick delivery. Clear instructions and if you follow these fairly easy installation. I got these reflective ones as I live on the ground floor next to the pavement. They work best when its bright outside. Definitely an improvement and probably worth the money and effort

Easy website to use. I knew what I wanted as I have used Purlfrost before. I ordered precut as it looks a lot nicer and professional when up and the instructions re measurments when ordering are very clear and simple. The film comes well packaged. I would use again

I ordered a roll of window film cut to size in a stained glass pattern from Purlfrost maybe three years ago. They supply the squeegee thing you need and clear instructions with every order and we installed it without any problems and it’s still in place today looking great. Recently I wanted some plain frosted film but couldn’t remember where I’d got it from before and had to order from another company. The
product was inferior and had many air bubbles which we couldn’t get rid off so abandoned it. A complete waste of money. A little while later going through emails I found my old order from Purlfrost. This time I ordered the frosted privacy film and two patterned designs as well. These are so easy to use, just follow the instructions, use the tool provided and it goes on and stays on. I will never buy from anywhere else!
