My daughter had a procedure that she had been considering for several years. She was extremely nervous about a general anaesthetic but Miss Nugent and her excellent team (in particular Julia, (Theatre Manager) were just amazing. Julia stayed with my daughter the entire time, both pre and post op and reassured her. Emma (Nurse) was also part of the team and was so caring. I cannot fault the team at any stage, they were all so professional and just lovely from start to finish. We travelled 3 hours by car to this clinic as it was the best I could find and it really didn’t disappoint. I wouldn’t go anywhere else.

I’ve recently had a procedure with Purity Bridge, Marc and the whole team have been incredible the whole way through, the quality of care they have given me was and continues to be impeccable. I would highly recommend them.

Had a great experience of a lower facelift. Had been thinking about it for 2 years. After much deliberation I opted to visit Marc Pacifico at Purity Bridge. He and the team were so very professional, caring and attentive. Really felt looked after and cared for. I wasn’t the best patient either.
I am over the moon with my results, feel I look like I did when I was in my 40,s, am actually very nearly 60. Friends I haven’t seen for a while tell me how fresh and well I look, they actually don’t know I have had a facelift and I haven’t told them. It looks so natural, scars are minimal, can hardly been seen, and it’s only been 5 months. I am so glad and happy I’ve had it done. I know I sound gushy but Marc is brilliant and has done a brilliant job for me, as I say couldn’t be happier

Such a shame that when you are phoning a clinic about a very sensitive and private matter that you are dealt with by a brick wall of a receptionist. I wanted to see if I could get an appointment to discuss surgery and my best date was a Friday and could not be offered even an introduction meeting until January 24th. I was offered a waiting list appointment scheme which would allow you to be phoned on the day and offered what was available or I could keep phoning for a cancellation appointment slot. How insensitive to a very sensitive subject .. let’s hope purity care their clients more as a potential client I feel ashamed of my interest into them at all .. couldn’t care less was my impression and clearly arrogant as they have enough Clients so they can afford to turn people A
away. My feeling is that they are just in it for the money and are inflexible and thoughtless to potential new clients .. let’s hope their list stays busy as with this sort of behaviour people will look elsewhere

At 52 years of age I had been considering breast reduction and uplift surgery for quite some time and finally made an appointment at Purity Bridge with Marc Pacifico after seeing the amazing results he made when a friend of mine underwent the same procedure.
I seriously cannot recommend Marc and his team enough. From the first appointment to follow up appointments everyone has been so professional, kind and accommodating. Marc is clearly an expert in his field, explaining everything clearly, managing expectations and ensuring that any questions or queries have been answered in advance. Personal health is paramount and Marc considers what is best for the individual taking all aspects into consideration such as age, body frame, etc.
I was so excited in the lead up to my operation and can honestly say I am delighted with the outcome. The physical symptoms of having large breasts has disappeared - no more aches around the shoulders and neck, no bra straps digging into my shoulders. In addition to which the whole body positivity I now have is quite astonishing. I really hadn’t liked the aesthetics of my breasts in so many years and now can’t believe how good they look, even just 4 weeks after surgery. I can actually buy clothes in regular sizes rather than sizes too large so that they fit better over my chest.
I never thought I would love my breasts, but now I do thanks to Marc. My only regret is that I didn’t do this sooner!

I am 44 year old Afro Caribbean.
I am severn months post op with extended tummy tuck (abdominoplasty), 360 liposuction and muscle repair.

I previously had two caesareans both left my stomach bulging, shapeless, with excess skin and hanging tummy apron.
15 years I tried to reduce stomach fat; I invested in personal trainers spending hundreds on different weight lose plans - disappointingly I did not lose an inch no matter how hard I tried.

I had low self esteem and remember having conversations with family discussing tummy tuck surgery.
It was a 10 year journey researching visiting many surgeons around the U.K. I did not feel comfortable with the surgeons met nor did I have all the information required to proceed with major surgery.
During lockdown I came across an interview with Mr Marc Pacifico in conversation with another highly recommended surgeon. This was the green flag for me. I went straight to his Instagram page looked at all the images, reviews and comments, everything was positive. I continued with more research and came across a patient that recently had a mummy makeover she spoke very highly of him.

My first consultation was during lockdown by video link followed by an office visit once restrictions were lifted. I had questions as long as my arm. I did not feel pressured to sign or time restricted. He explained the procedure discussed complications, side effects and also provided a detailed Handbook.

Mr Pacifico’s recommendations and final decisions during surgery has given me the best results (Beyond My Expectations)
My scar is low, neat, fine and is hidden underneath underwear.
I recently took a beach holiday and first time in my adult years I was able to wear a two-piece bikini!

My experience has ticked all my wish list.
Purity Bridge team and Nuffield Hospital has been amazing they are very experienced, knowledgeable, caring, understanding with great bedside manners.

Recently had a lip procedure by dr. Pacifico. I am so thrilled with the results, I should have done it years ago! My face is now more balanced and more feminine . Compliments also to the nurses and reception, they were so flexible since I am an international patient and had a lot of hurdles to come and undergo the procedure at the clinic.

From the first moment I met Marc Pacifico I knew he was absolutely the right surgeon for me and I wasn’t wrong. I was really nervous when I had my first appointment but he made me feel totally at ease which I really appreciated.
Unfortunately after I’d had the surgery we discovered that I was actually allergic to the surgical tape. However, Marc and his team were there every step of the way to help me manage the issue and the after care I received was second to none.
Marc is such an amazing surgeon who has given me back my confidence and I cannot recommend him and his team highly enough.

Marc Pacifico is a fantastic surgeon. I had breast augmentation done and the result is beyond expectation. The staff is great and the pre-op as well as the post-op care by Marc and the staff was impeccable.

In 2015 I underwent jaw surgery to correct a twisted bite. Since then, I was left with more fat tissue one side of my face than the other, which left me feeling very crooked and uncomfortable (mentally rather than physically).

I had tried a variety of treatments but all left me disappointed. So decided it was time to go down the surgery route....

I have been insta stalking Marc for years, and reached out beginning of 2021.

The team were great, initially we did a lot via phone and email (I live in Essex, they are in Tunbridge Wells) and they all made me feel comfortable with their friendly demeanour.

Marc was so welcoming when I first met him. He really listened to my history and concerns and gave me realistic outcomes to various treatments.

I walked away with 3 different surgery plans, that the team priced up for me quickly and efficiently.

On my second meeting we decided the route I wanted to go, with Marc wanting to make sure I made informed decisions and completely understood everything.

I am now 4 weeks post op, (buccal fat removal, lipofilling and anterior neck lift) and although still have a way to go, am so much happier. I can confidently show people my face straight on, and my profile without the need of using my hand to disguise areas.

Through the whole process I have been welcomed and made to feel like I was the only patient in the world.
Marc and the team have truly been amazing, and always at the end of the phone/email. Nothing has been too much trouble, and the attention to detail has been perfect!
