I can’t fault my experience here from start to finish. I did so much research before my surgery and felt before visiting that I would be in safe hands with Mr Pacifico. I travelled from Manchester for major surgery that has changed my life - my pre and post surgery care was excellent, I’ve healed so well and with no complications and not once questioned my decision.

I had a faultless experience from start to finish with my surgery and couldn’t recommend this clinic more highly. The whole process was incredibly supportive and professional. There were lots of thoughtful touchpoints along the way, and I always felt fully informed about what was going to happen. The level of transparency and communication really put me at ease. And of course, I’m absolutely delighted with the result of the surgery itself. The outcome is even better than I had expected.

I also want to specifically mention the post-op lymphatic drainage massage (sometimes done with gentle vibration/Endermologie-style treatment). I can’t recommend this enough. Not only did it really help with healing and swelling, but it was also so reassuring to have a regular weekly check-in after surgery. The therapist who did the treatment was incredibly experienced in post-surgical healing and scar care, and she was always able to answer my questions as things progressed.

Overall, the end-to-end experience was exceptional. I truly couldn’t speak more highly of the team and the care I received.

Marc Pacifico is a fantastic surgeon with a great manner to make you feel comfortable and asks what you would like to achieve from his surgery. I was very pleased with his results with a very natural finish and he talks through everything with you from start to finish. From my very first consultation with Marc at Purity Bridge, I was extremely impressed by his professionalism. He took so much time and genuine care to explain all the different options available to me, and I immediately knew I would be in the best possible hands for my breast implant removal and uplift procedure. Marc and his team have made my new transformation a real breeze from start to nearly complete. I have never come out of an operation and the next day needed no painkillers or felt so good. My sister in law recommended me to Marc Pacifico Purity Bridge for breast reduction. From the moment I stepped through the door I knew I was in safe hands. Marc welcomed me and my husband upon arrival and straight aware you felt like you had know him for years. He made you feel at ease and explained the procedure very thoroughly. The amount of time spent before and after surgery was equally pleasant. Went back again for the “dog ears” to be taken off whilst awake first time for me but Marc put me at ease talking me through the whole procedure with little jokes in between. I am so pleased with the outcome come of my surgery and feel at young 60 year old. Thank you all at Purity Bridge will miss seeing all your lovely smiling faces.

From consultation to after care follow ups Marc and the team at Purity Bridge have been amazing. I'm very pleased with the outcome of my surgery, but what really stands out is the care and attention that Marc shows to his patients throughout their journey, from initial contact right through to the final post-operative check-up. I had two face-to-face meetings plus a video call prior to my operation, and these were really helpful in deciding exactly what we would seek to achieve. Marc's enthusiasm for his work and friendly, open style mean the process feels collaborative rather than intimidating. Highly recommended!

I wanted to have my 25-yr-old breast implants removed and was worried that the result, at my age in particular, (late 50s) might not be great. I met with Marc after meeting a few other London surgeons, and knew he was the right surgeon. He listened and he was honest and frank about what was achievable. He also gave me some good pre-operative advice. My surgery (just over a year ago) went very well and the team were exemplary from pre-op through all my post-op visits. They were available when I called or needed to come in and I felt valued as a patient. But the real test of a good surgeon and team are when things don't quite go as planned and a rare complication arises which did happen to me after nearly 6 weeks post-op. Due to some scarring from surgeries done 25 years ago, I had a complication which required me to come back to the team quite urgently. Everyone was amazing. I had full access both by phone and in- person to the nurses and Marc throughout. And even though the issue seemed to be resolved Marc offered to have me back in theatre to go in and be absolutely certain, which he did. Again the team were amazing and it was all done quickly and with utmost professionalism and care. This all involved a great deal of time and care from the team which I'm very grateful for and am certain might not have been the case at a private hospital. I continued my visits post-op until Marc was completely happy with the result (he even did small tweak again recently to improve the scar). Surgery is risky and complications can happen even under the best of the best surgeons, so its especially important to choose a surgeon and a team you feel confident will support and see you through any circumstance. And I feel 100% confident in Marc and his team. Despite my complication I am 100% happy that I did the surgery and my
result is even better than I had hoped. I know i would not have had this level and generosity of care anywhere else. Thank you to Marc and the whole team.

I am a 30y/o woman who had a breast reduction by Marc Pacifico in October 2024 and couldn't be happier with the result. It was my first surgery of any kind and I was understandably quite scared about going ahead with the procedure. Not only is Marc highly skilled and knowledgable, but also incredibly compassionate and honest with me about any concerns and questions I had. He ensured that my expectations were realistic and that I had considered all of the pros and cons of the procedure before going ahead.
On the day of the surgery, I felt safely looked after and reassured not only by Marc but also by the anaesthetist, multiple nurses, and other Purity Bridge staff. Pre and post surgery, the nurses at Purity Bridge were very helpful and friendly, and were happy for me to get in touch post-surgery and pop into the clinic whenever I had a concern, no matter how minor.
I'm incredibly happy with the result of my surgery, having had a moderate-significant reduction. Marc was keen to work with me to determine my ideal size and shape, wanting to understand my reasons for getting the surgery, though always with a sensible reminder that the outcome of breast surgery can't always be exactly precise. I decided to have surgery after weight loss. Marc Pacifico has been phenomenal. He’s answered all my many questions expertly, always putting my mind at rest, ensuring I understood everything and allowed me time to think.
We discussed options and what was best for my body, what would give the best result long term.

On surgery day, the team were incredible. The nurses were the most genuine and considerate people I’d ever met. They made sure I was comfortable, safe and gave plenty of reassurance throughout and practical tips about how to cope at home. I knew they were only a call when I was released.

And yes the first day was a shock. I had three procedures in one, including a tummy tuck and masterplexy. But even from day 2 I could move better. Every day there was progress and I can honestly say it was all very manageable. Every day I got out, got some fresh air. Absolutely no issues healing, it seemed a breeze.

And now. I look in the mirror and those issues I hated about my body for so long just aren’t there. I can’t believe the difference. It all looks natural. No regrets, just wish I’d done it sooner!

From my first consultation with Mr Pacifico I was put at ease and felt very comfortable. He has a friendly, warm nature which is so important during each meeting and one the day of the procedure. The rest of the staff were equally welcoming and attentive, including the receptionists, anaesthetists the nurses and the MLD practitioner.

I felt very looked after on the day of my operation and during my after care, I even got a call from Marc on the evening of the operation and from a nurse in the days following. My pain was managed well so there was little discomfort and after a week at home I felt ok and was well on my way to feeling back to normal.

Marc is highly professional and my results are outstanding - I couldn't be happier with the outcome. Its been around 10 months since my procedure and my results look so natural and my confidence has massively improved. I just wish I'd done it years ago!
