My husband ordered an Apple TV 2 weeks before Christmas for my present. The site said delivery 7-10 days. What a joke. We are 4 weeks down the line and have had to cancel the order due to constantly being told it would possibly be the next week and then the next week. I think 4 weeks is a bit much. Would not recommend this company.

be careful to compare the prices... i also noticed that they trade on amazon ... and prices are different on the site and on amazon...

absolutely disgusting service. Ordered blackberry touch on the 19th December. Was supposed to take 4-5 working days to deliver, checked the status on the 23rd and it had not even been despatched BUT the money had been taken out of my account!! Phoned up to complain, gotthrough to an Indian call centre who could not help but said they were busy!! Advised to e mail as there was no one who could help. NEVER EVER would I deal with this company again.

let down a bit by the time it took Amazon to confirm the order as I elected to pay via Amazon - this added a couple of days to the process, something I wasn't aware of when I chose that route!

HTC ChaCha - Very good price, in stock and despatched next day. However due to DPD delivery service we had to wait a week for the phone to be delivered as they were not flexible with time slots and very expensive if you wanted to choose a specific time.

On opening the package we were very dissapointed with the condition of the box. It looked 2nd hand with the security seal broken and the box torn and battered. Not what you want when bought as a Christmas present. Phone looks new but cannot comment on it as it has been bought as a gift.

I got exactly what I wanted very quickly. I can not comment on their customer support team because I haven't needed to use them which is exactly the way I like it!

Good company.Simple order of a lonf life battery for a video camera. No problems at all. Informed about dispach and deliverly.

As has been said numerous times before dont believe the delivery times,it took 9 days for dispatch + 2 days for delivery of a mobile phone (in stock) which turned up without mains charger , still waiting 2 weeks later for the protective case ordered at the same time even though its still showing stock level at 19.
Having said all that the customer support were very good always ringing back or emailing as promised but were sadly let down by the logistics side including the courior DPD that failed to deliver next working day after waiting in all day for them, even the automated tracking system said it was on the van out for delivery. Last time I had a next day parcel from DPD it failed also telling me they tried to deliver which was a blatant lie as i had waited in all day again and they left no card.

It took a week for the goods to arrive and promised e-mails in order to track delivery were not forthcoming - Told that delivery had been attempted was blatantly untrue from their courier service as our reception was fully manned at the stated time - then we had to go to the depot as we needed the goods and advised by the company to do so to find that they weren't there !! Delivery arrived eventually when we returned to our office. We even had to ask for an invoice which was not automatically supplied.
