Took my car in for a simple nail in the tyre. First red flag: the fitter used screen wash to try and find the puncture. Yes, screen wash. He then got a public bollocking from a senior staff member right in front of me – professional.

After he “finished,” I had to ask him to put the wheel nut caps back on, which he’d completely forgotten. Basic stuff.

Then the kicker – they charged me £35 to plug a tyre. I’ve never paid more than £18 anywhere in Pembrokeshire. Absolute robbery.

Won’t be using them again. Bandits.

Very accommodating , we had a puncture the day before and we're travelling back to Bournemouth, they managed to source tyres and fit them quickly. Very friendly and helpful and at a great price.

I requested a tyre check and after careful inspection, even though there was still 4mm of tread, one tyre was just begining to show wear and tear and two others were close to the expiry day. The car is 21 years old this month and I did not want to over spend on tyres.
The staff recommended a set of four budget tyres,brand new, costing £260.46. The tyres were ordered, and then fitted the next day.

Honest, straightforward advice on a brake issue. Able to accomodate the car at short notice to fix the problem.

The staff were extremely helpful, humourous, and personable. The tyres were good value. The alignment needed checking but the ramp there was in use so they arranged for this to be done at the Pembroke Dock depot, where the staff were equally as pleasant and engaging. I was expecting additional expense but the check was free and fortunately all was fine. They told me the brakes and suspension were in good order. This was very refreshing as often other companies try to sell additional services or parts.
An excellent experience and I highly recommend them.
