The tyre fitting was easy and done without fuss. Pity they weren't ready for me at the time I booked for, but they were honest and didn't keep me waiting about, I just went off and did some other stuf... Mehr ansehen

Questionable management practices
I got new tyres but sadly I witnessed 1 worker attend 3 jobs in quick succession whilst 2 other guys did nothing.

Working as a team would have improved the situation.

Tyres were good value using the voucher sent.
The mechanical work took a long time and there seemed to be a lack of knowledge about my car's brake system.
And, was more expensive than I would of thought.

Absolute disgrace avoid at all costs

Took my car in for a simple nail in the tyre. First red flag: the fitter used screen wash to try and find the puncture. Yes, screen wash. He then got a public bollocking from a senior staff member right in front of me – professional.
After he “finished,” I had to ask him to put the wheel nut caps back on, which he’d completely forgotten. Basic stuff.
Then the kicker – they charged me £35 to plug a tyre. I’ve never paid more than £18 anywhere in Pembrokeshire. Absolute robbery.
Won’t be using them again. Bandits.

Very accommodating , we had a puncture the day before and we're travelling back to Bournemouth, they managed to source tyres and fit them quickly. Very friendly and helpful and at a great price.
