Very helpful and professional team. Gave me very good advice on my first visit, I ultimately booked in to have new tyres and tracking adjusted. Price was very competitive.

The 2 tyres were fine and the price for…
The 2 tyres were fine and the price for the tyres was very competitive, but I also needed a puncture repair on one of the other wheels (standard 205/55R16) so I got them to fix it at the same time unfortunately I didn’t check the price before getting it repaired and they charged me £40 for a puncture repair! I have never been charged more than £25 for a puncture repair on this car in the past and believe Protyre are taking advantage

New mills branch disgraceful customer…
New mills branch disgraceful customer service.
On the way to work at 9am my front tyre started to go down and on inspection I spotted a screw in it. Knowing protyre wasn’t far away I decided to head there. I told the man at the desk I had a flat tyre with a screw in it and he told me it would be 3 pm before they could look at it. I said ok but would they give me a hand to swap to my spare as I had my two large dogs in the boot. He told me that that would take the same amount of effort as to look at the puncture so would also be 3 pm! I was a woman on my own with a flat tyre asking for help at a tyre repair place!
I couldn’t wait there for 6 hours with my dogs in the car so had no choice but to drive home with a flat tyre so I could change it myself without my dogs in the car. If this is the attitude and service of protyres staff it’s very sad and a disgrace. After I complained to the customer service department the excuse was that they were busy and he didn’t even have his lunch till 3pm! Funnily enough I didn’t have much pity at this point!
How very sad no one could take five minutes to help me and left me no choice but to drive home on a flat tyre. Will never use them again

I pulled into Protyre to ask for some air but he said I’d need it replacing and although very busy did it as quick as he could for me to get back in the road. For me they did a good job
For me they did a good job. But i was disappointed by the way they tried to sell me two rear tires and a pressure valve for one of the front wheels. When for me both tyres are good for another few thousand miles. And the valve works fine.
