Product was as advertised. The company does a good job to ensure customer satisfaction. Just hold back about 30 days because results are not immediate. Don't ask me what I think after only two days.

Terrible customer service and shipping!

I have had several issues with ProHealth.
1) I sent a detailed email to them for advice on their products. There was no response.
2) I placed an order for 4 items. Only 2 were sent, yet they said the order was complete.
It will be hard to give this company a higher rating considering how poorly they are run. If their products work, I doubt I will find out since I am reluctant to continue doing businees with them.

They do not respond to emails or texts

I was considering buying a specific supplement from them but had questions. Their website has a call to action to speak to a "longevity expert". Great! I thought so texted the number my question. No response. I followed up on the text. No response. I decided to reach out to their advisor email. No response. I forwarded that to their customer service team. No response.

Avoid this company. They are on automatic and do not respond to emails. The website messaging sounds good but they can't walk the talk which begs the question… What else is not accurate on their website?

Fake marketing tricks turned into something nice

Right after my complaints on Trustpilot, I received a very detailed free consultation from ProHealth. I was truly surprised by how kind and thorough the information they provided was. It took more than a week, so I suppose I should have been more patient. Thank you very much, you really made my day with such a detailed report.

Their supplements are on the expensive side, but considering the quality, it is acceptable. However, their customer service is a disaster. You cannot reach them, and they do not answer your questions. In addition, their website uses a marketing trick that is completely misleading. They say: email us to start your free consultation. Since I buy almost all of my supplements from ProHealth, I thought I could start a free consultation to see if I am on the right track. No reply at all. Does such a good brand really need these marketing scams? Such a shame.

Exceptional Quality and Service: A Trustworthy Supplement Choice!

No response to my request, no products received.

No response to my request! No answers to my emails!
I purchased $161 worth of products on 04.06.2025.- NMN Pro.
It has been over two months and I have not received them. This is beyond outrageous, considering the product is supposed to be kept in cool.
USPS Priority Mail International cannot hold the product for that long.
I would like you to refund me and cancel the subscription. I sent this request because I feel MISLEAD. If they are being honest, they will accept it — otherwise, it would be unethical conduct of business.

Terrible customer service and…

Terrible customer service and communication. I had a subscription (delivery once every 3 months) and the money was taken from my account for that order. I had completely forgotten about it since I am dealing with infertility issues and IVF and there is no option to cancel an order. Customer service ignored my emails and offered no solution, they just directed me to their pharmaceutical team. I've been trying to talk to someone for 4 days, still nothing.

Horrible customer service I rate it 0 because the delivery to the Netherlands is from 2 to 6 weeks, I paid for my order only 35€ and I had to still pay for shipping and taxes 20€ with this kind of delivery you should deliver in 3 days max.

Don't buy this product

I would have given 0 star if it was possible.
Customer service is close to unexistent.
We ordered $600 worth of NMN in December and it never arrived. The service accepted to refund $500 because there are $100 of taxes that they will not refund.
Why should I pay taxes for a product I have never received?? The delay of response is also pretty long, the overall service is very bad for a product this expensive.

No product - no response - bogus shipping information provided

It been another week and my email appears to have been totally ignored.

I tried to give you the benefit of the doubt but:

no product -
bogus shipping information -
refusal to send out any legitimate tracking number -

The only assumption that can be made is that there never was any sincere attempt to fulfill the order so I will take the appropriate, additional steps. Please cancel the order...

Updated 1/23/2025...ProHealth did send a replacement via FedEx which I received yesterday. Thank you for making good on the order.
My concern is that I was given 2 previous shipping methods and dates, which both were not fulfilled. What happened to these orders? My schedule does not easily permit 8 to 5 phone calls.

I ordered in good faith and they took a large amount of money. No product. Now they are saying 6 weeks to make a delivery. This is a scam company nothing more, nothing less.

When you really can see a difference

I have been taking prohealth NMN complete for about three months now and unlike other supplements I really can feel a difference in my energy levels and focus. The company itself is also very responsive with any issues which is nice to see. Interested to see what I will feel like after six months.
