I've been a sport coach 40 years. Coaching pro athletes 21 yrs. Active still, but retired from the sport coaching. Now, I coach adults who have metabolic syndrome issues and diseases.

This is a no Brainer
I use to take resveratrol called Transmax from a well-known company but it is 75 for 60 caps. Calcium AKG from pro health, does many of the same things. It helps keep telomeres long and promotes longevity. And also simulates caloric restriction, which can lead to a longer life. The advantage for pro health calcium, AKG is that it costs less $20 per 60 capsules if you subscribe.

Started out with the Astaxanthin
So I started out with the astaxanthin, with that I got increased energy and more sharper vision. I then added on Niacinamide and got less joint pain. I lastly added Hyaluronic acid and 2 weeks later see my face pores have shrunken, I have increased elasticity in skin and it feels more plump, smooth and hydrated. These products have improved my skin tremendously and I am now a client. Can't wait to try their other supplements.

Prohealth has a great supply of longevity supplements compared to Thorne. Better pricing overall. I wasnt a fan of the closing distribution in Philadelphia serving us on the east coast. If I had 1 complaint its No Sulphoraphane and higher doses available

Excellent product. I have been taking NMN for three months now. I felt the difference within a couple of weeks, energy level, physical fitness, less tired after intense work and looking much better, my skin glowing, which is noticed by people who comment on that. I use multiple products on a daily basis. All have been of good quality. The automatic replenishment subscription option is convenient for products I use every day. There have been a couple of times that my subscription items have been unavailable and I have had to omit them for a while or find a replacement elsewhere. Unfortunately, you don’t know that your product is not going to ship until just before it is due to ship which creates an inconvenience. By the time it is back in stock I already have a back up in place and need to delay or cancel.

I take multiple supplements every day
I take multiple supplements every day. When I purchase supplements I only buy supplements that are third party tested. ProHealth has the testing available when you view the supplement page. Purchasing supplements is expensive and I find the pricing at ProHealth to be very competitive. If you purchase supplements from major retailers you most likely are wasting your money. Delivery is fast with ProHealth and their customer service is great.

Well first off before I bought this product as I asked A.I. As I made sure I was getting a true legit company.
