The customer service was good but the product I bought was not good at all. It didn’t last more than 2weeks. According to staff it’s wear and tear.
To me, it’s a product that should last at least a year.

How great customer service is delivered
I work in retail and I am a customer facing employee. I also train people in customer service and how to deliver great service. So when I receive great service it definitely needs recognition. The lady that served us was very polite and friendly. They opened my product to ensure it was all intact. All round fantastic service made the experience in your outlet very enjoyable.

Knowledgeable & friendly staff
Staff were very friendly and they knew what they were talking about. They also saved me money by showing me alternatives….other stores maybe would have pushed to sell the more expensive item so kudos for taking the moral path….god bless
