Very disappointing service. After 56 emails I have finally got my issue sorted. So I can see that Printerland has excellent reviews, however this is not my experience. I ordered a printer when it arrived there was an issue with it. I am distance buying so I am entitled to a send it back for any reason. I was first made to feel like a fraud with the amount of questions being asked, even though this was days after I had received the goods. I then had email after email trying to get a basic return sorted. I had to wait in 4 separate times to get the item picked up. Sitting in 4 days and not getting the item picked up was very frustrating. I know that they will say it was the courier that let us down, but they employ that courier, whether directly or indirectly, so its still on Printerland to make sure everything is done right. I had to email 56 times to get this sorted, which is absolutely unacceptable. Really poor customer service. Explained I wanted to buy a printer before Christmas, but they did not speed up the process or make any effort to get the issue sorted after the first time the item wasnt picked up. It should have been picked up next day, without issue. No compensation and very little in the way of apology. Bought a printer from elsewhere, which is a shame, would have bought from Printerland but just dont trust their customer service. What a shame! No excuse for not picking it up, waiting in 4 full days wasting my time and 56 emails - really poor and sadly will now avoid. Cant recommend them to anyone

I placed the order in the evening, I got an email the next day explaining why there was a better, cheaper option in the same category. The printer delivery was good. I also got a follow up checking that everything was ok. I'm very glad I didn't use Amazon.

Printerland called me after I'd placed an order and advised that the toner prices were high for the model I'd chosen. We went through my normal usage and they recommended an alternative model, with lower running costs. Their advice was invaluable and their proactive approach benefitted us both.

Excellent value and outstanding service from start to finish. The printer was well priced, ordering was straightforward, and delivery arrived next day as promised. As an MSP, I rely on dependable suppliers, and Printerland has set a very high standard. I’ll now be using them exclusively for all of our printer requirements going forward.

Unexpectedly needed a new printer just before Christmas and Printerland had a really good deal on an HP model which ended that same day. Saved nearly £100 on usual price. Ordered on Friday evening, expected on Monday but was actually delivered on Saturday to our surprise. They followed up a week later to check everything is OK as well. Can't fault this service!

Very impressed with the next day delivery as promised. Staff was very pleasant & prompt to deal with from start of phone order to despatch of goods. Am also happy that the Company had price matched my order of Epson printer to another retailer. Will definitely recommend you to my friends.

Received a call from a worker at Printerland after I had placed my order, He called to tell me that if I changed to a different model with the exact same spec I could save some money, very impressed.

Bought a Brother printer from these people in May. Has not worked properly from day 1. As my use is occasional I have made attempts to get it to do what it should at intervals .Spent hours including working through the Brother app. Waste of time.
I have told them I am returning it for a full refund which they refuse trying to palm me off to Brother .

Ordering was straightforward, delivery was next day as promised, and the printer arrived exactly as expected. We also received a courtesy follow-up call which was informative and appreciated - rare these days. Very quick, professional service throughout. Highly recommend.

I have ordered my printer toner cartridge from this company a number of times now without any problems. I wanted an alternative to Amazon and have found it just as easy to order with delivery within a few days and at a similar price. They also do not add unnecessary packaging. Recommended.

The salesman emailed to propose an alternative choice of printer to the one I’d ordered on line, which was a little cheaper and probably better. It was delivered seamlessly. After some use it transpired that the small “starter” black toner was running out prematurely. When I reported this, on their initiative they sent me a new (and much larger) black toner replacement. That is what I call excellent customer service on both counts.

Firstly, Printerland employees answered my many phoned (I don't do chatbots!) questions on which Epson Printer to purchase.
Secondly, their easy to follow links have allowed me to request Epson cashback and register the warranty.
Kind and courteous help throughout the purchase phase.
