Unexpectedly needed a new printer just…
Unexpectedly needed a new printer just before Christmas and Printerland had a really good deal on an Canon model which ended that same day. Saved nearly £100 on usual price. Ordered on Friday evening, expected on Monday but was actually delivered on Saturday to my surprise. They followed up a week later to check everything is OK as well. Can't fault this service!

Not sure this place is legit
Not sure this place is legit. Made an order then got an email saying they don’t accept card payment and I need to pay by bank transfer. I asked why and they didn’t respond.
If it’s too good to be true, probably is. I’m surprised they have so many 5 star reviews.

They contacted me right after I ordered the printer just to double-check it was the right one for my needs, shipped it quickly using a decent delivery service (i.e., not Evri!), and followed up afterwards to check everything had been received and was working properly. Really AMAZING service!

Easy checkout and payment. Printer arrived quickly via parcelforce. Set up straightforward, now running on all devices in the house.

The website was very easy to navigate and they have loads of options at very competitive rates. After looking for a printer for ages, this was the best price for quality I found in the market. The customer service was great as well! I got a call after purchasing and they made me aware of a better deal with more toner and just overall best value for money. The delivery went smoothly and the printer was working a minute after I plugged it in. All in all great. Shout-out to Matthew as well, absolute king.

Amazing service!
I ordered a printer in that awkward period between Christmas and New Year. The service was fantastic, I was kept up to date with dispatch and delivery times (which was NEXT DAY, I didn't even pay extra for this)
Fantastic after sales service too.
Would highly recommend!

Excellent Company have bought Printers…
Excellent Company have bought Printers and Toner from previously. In this case purchases a Xerox C320 Printer to replace a 10 year old OKI, I had previously purchased from them. I needed some advice as I wanted a high quality output and as a back up to another Xerox Printer. They came back with some suggestions almost immediately and made some recommendations as to what might work. I ordered and the Printer came the next day as promised with a 3 year warranty and a cashback offer from Xerox. It was easy to set up and I am very pleased with the printer and it's operation.
