I ordered a new printer cartridge for my printer. When I installed it I found it wouldnt print. I phoned printerinks and spoke to a very helpful assistant called Albert. He tried to help by talking me through a process which could have activated the cartridge. Unfortunately it failed. Albert very kindly advised that he would send a new cartridge free of charge. On receipt of the new cartridge I installed it and it worked perfectly. I returned the faulty cartridge to printer inks. I was very satisfied with the positive outcome and Albert’s good customer service on behalf of printerinks

The free gift that was offered with my order didn’t arrive. I questioned it with customer service, and received an apology. My gift arrived a week or so later.
I’m happy with the outcome

Although delivery company mislaid order, Printerinks replaced it promptly after one email.

The advisor I dealt with was Albert. He clearly has excellent knowledge and gave me some great reassuring information with regards to my printer/ink dilemma.

I always use this company as find their prices very competitive. On the last occasion my order went astray so I rang up and it was dealt with very speedily and a replacement arrived the day after. Great service!

I had a problem with the printer ink I received. I didn't imagine Id get anywhere but I wrote an email explaining.

Because of a duplicated order due to problems of my card being accepted. Despatch of my order was delayed. Having spoken on line to your helpful agent John, I thought all was resolved. However, your system failed to Email me delivery information, and therefore I was not at home when DPD called. The package was successfully delivered the next day. Initial attempt to order 9/7/24. Goods received 12/7/24.

Ordered black cartridge for Epson WF-C8610 @ £90.18
as they claimed they were the cheapest, which then took 4 days to arrive. Couldnt wait so ordered one from Cartridge save @ £75.65 on next day delivery.
Requested a return from Printerinks which took over two weeks to achieve, then told I would have to pay re-stocking and collection fees!

Be careful on their pricing. It says clearance and/or discounted. IT IS NOT. I found it cheaper by 25%! They have a price match policy which is great if they answered the emails, messages, chatbots, calls...
No channel is responded to. So disappointed and total waste of time and money

I bought two black ink cartridges from Printerinks for my Brother printer. Neither worked. The fault was clearly in the cartridges because the replacement I ordered from a rival supplier - Cartridge Discount - functioned immediately. It was also 29 percent cheaper AND there was no delivery charge.

Company informed me that a refund would be processed within 10 business days. It has now been 13 business days and I have yet to receive my refund. I was layer told that it took a further week from my original request to process the u utial refund, meaning I will be waiting closer to 20 business days for a refund

Okay when the product works but next to useless when there is a problem.
Chat is AI and ends up in a closed loop.
Raising a complaint ticket makes inane requests for checks which do not address the failure. The does not reply at all over a 9 day period.
Company phone number is a premium number which charges you to contact them.
Technical support line took over 10 minutes to answer.
When I got through to an operative it took only a few minutes to get agreement to replace their faulty item.
Promised email with return instructions but it has not yet arrived.

Bought black and colour inks for Canon Pixma 3200 series. Dont usually print in colour but unable to do so now as the text prints in green. Think their compatible inks are terrible

Cartridge did not provide quality print absolutely rubbish, had to buy original - don't waste your money
