Good quality good price
Good quality pillows for reasonable price. I’ve bought about 10 of them for all our beds. After many years of trying many other brands. My family and I all like these for a comfortable night’s sleep and they last well.

Not an Hotel mattress
Needed a new mattress and having stayed in Premier Inn thought it would be a good choice.
3yrs in the top metal frame of the mattress had broken and created a hole in the cover and topping.
Mattress replaced and new one arrived advised the warranty ran from the date of purchase for the first mattress.
Guess what this mattress is doing the same thing the top metal framing in the mattress had bent if not snapped. when you move the mattress around to change sheets or rotate regularly it just fold in the middle.
Our son also purchased one of these mattresses sadly on our initial recommendation and he is also having the same issue.
If this is the same as the mattress in Premier Inn they must be replacing weekly.

All as expected.
A great idea to order the same mattress that you can try out in their hotels so you know what you're getting. Ordering was easy and kept well informed regarding delivery and tracking. Delivery guys were very helpful and took mattress to room of choice (in flats with no stairs). We only ordered a mattress on this occasion but selecting bed and base was very clear process if that was required.

EVERYTHING from start to finish was amazing! 🤩 So easy to order, great customer service, delivery was fantastic, the guys wouldn't leave until the mattress was in place and took all packaging away, so polite and helpful and the mattress is so comfortable and at such a reasonable price, we are VERY happy customers 🙂 We're so pleased with it we have decided to buy 3 more for our other beds, when we've finished paying for this one 🤣

I was excited to get my new mattress but although the delivery was first class I’m not finding my mattress as comfortable as yours when I use premier inn.

Firm edge which is helpful when sitting on the edge of the mattress.
We already have the same mattress on another bed which we were pleased with and why we ordered this one.
Cost at least as good as comparable mattresses by other manufactureres.
