Excellent service, I was constantly emailing and phoning, nothing was too much, they were extremely helpful with everything, made sure I was completely satisfied before handing over to drivers.

We booked a Bentley Mark VI for our wedding last month with Didier at Premier Carriage who was friendly and professional and made sure I had all the details of the company/vehicle owner (Lux Wedding Car Hire). I would recommend Premier Carriage for any newly engaged couples looking to hire a classic car for their wedding.

Simon arrived early so we got some photos before we left the house. He was friendly smart and the car was in very good condition. Everything asked about the car was explained.
He allowed the bride to have photos once we got to the venue.
It was a lovely surprise for my wedding day.

You would think forking out hundreds of pounds for a vehicle for an hour on your wedding day would give you some assurance that it would go smoothly. Not at all. Vehicle owner contacted me on the morning of the Wedding to say that the driver had cancelled and the car wasn't coming. After some very stressful back and forth, managed to arrange a new driver. New driver didn't have contact details for the bridal party so it was a nightmare for them meeting up. Car didn't have the ribbons and flowers promised as advertised. Hugely disappointing. Premier carriages seem to devolve all responsibility as soon as you make a booking and aren't contactable, which makes me question what the point of this company actually is.

Everything was perfect. Booking confirmation was clear. Quick at responding to emails. Made multiple changes to our booking and was never too much trouble and never been asked to pay for making changes. Didier was very helpful. The wedding car on our special day was absolutely beautiful. The driver who attended was dressed to impress! He was extremely patient and more than accommodating to the bridal party. We then found premier carriage wedding transport and i had received an email with in 10 minutes .
I found this company helpful , excellent prices and extremely helpful indeed .
We had lots of different vehicles available to choose from which was fantastic .
Our special day was amazing and i can't recommend this company enough .
