An amazing house in an amazing location! We had a fabulous 60th birthday weekend. The perfect house for a family party, everything about the house was 5 star!

I booked Campden House, Chipping Campden with the Wow House Company for my husbands 80th birthday. Together with sons,partners and grandchildren.
Wows the word for this fantastic property it had everything, pool, media room, games, lovely garden together with barbecue and enough seating for everyone.
Booking was straightforward and helpful staff.
The property was kept beautifully and fitted out so well, being situated on the edge of the village we were able to walk in to eat of an evening.
We visited Blenheim Palace, Batsford Arboretum and had a great morning at the Cotswold Pottery, Cotswold country park and beach, the 270 Climbing park!!
Something for everyone, truly a family celebration we won’t forget. Thank You the Wow House Company. We hope to use your services in the future.

So many happy memories from our extended family get together to celebrate two 50ths, an 18th and a 16th birthday! The view from Barford is second to none and the absolutely stunning house celebrates this from every room. The property is even better than the photos - the kids and teenagers spent many happy hours playing pool in the secret bunker room, we all enjoyed the sauna/bucket shower and hot tub and enjoying all the space and the dog will miss chasing the ball on the lawn. And just a short stroll to so many lovely beaches. Communication and service were great too! Bit worried that staying anywhere else will be a let down!

Our trip to Windermere lodge was simply excellent, this is our 4th visit and already booked our 5th.
The addition of the Gym & Sauna coupled with the views from both are simply unbeatable.
Excellent facilities throughout, however the removal of the TV's from bedrooms maybe questionable.

We have never experienced service and accommodation to this level before, it was exceptional and perfect to celebrate my wife's 70th birthday. From the quality and thoughtfulness of the welcome hamper to the attentiveness of the cleaners. As for the caterers, they totally added to the enjoyment of the vacation. Kimmy the the chef and her assistant Susana quickly became a good friends to us all and served up some wonderful dishes at breakfast, lunch and evening dinner. Its hard to find fault in any aspect of this stay at Cromwell House, apart from perhaps it all went a bit too quickly!

The whole process is straight forward simple no fuss no dramas. The quality of the property was above expectation's and is as they say a WOW.

The old Parsonage in Leek was a well appointed venue for a family gathering for 16 people. The accommodation was spacious and attractively decorated and furnished.All amenities were as described and clean and tidy.
Leek itself is an attractive town with plenty of of shops and food outlets.
The 3 night stay was enjoyed by everyone from aged 6 to 80 years.
Fun was the order of the day and that was achieved in abundance.

My whole family agreed that this is the loveliest house we have stayed in for a family celebration of which we have had many. There was something for everyone from 12 to 77.
My only criticism would be that there didn’t appear to be a house book which would have been helpful.
All in all a wonderful house in a beautiful setting and would highly recommend to anyone.

Honeybourne Manor- we stayed here for a Hen Party and the team were amazing before hand recommending Pubs, restaurants, company’s for yoga and massages to come out to the Manor. The grounds of the house were absolutely stunning and we enjoyed yoga in the garden on one of these days, they had everything you needed for cooking for a large group of people. The little bar in the garden was great, and perfect for a hen party celebration. the hot tub and sauna were a great bonus they were clean and all set up for when we arrived. We would definetly use this company again in the future, communication was second to none and the house was amazing.

Stunning property for our family holiday. Beautiful house modernised to a really high standard. The beds were so comfortable! We had stunning weather so made great use of the swimming pool, pool house and the lake house.
Georgie the manager was super helpful throughout our stay and Paul the chef did a great buffet for us.

10 adults and 5 children stayed at Rosewood Retreat, a Wow House property.
No one left the property in the week apart from food shopping and the weather was glorious.
The property was pristine and we soon settled in. There was plenty to keep the children happy with the indoor swimming pool, croquet, garden chess, tennis courts and more. I hired a local chef for one meal and a pampering session , including Yoga on the lawn, all through recommendations from The Wow House which worked very well.
We had a memorable family holiday.
This was our third time of using a Wow House property.

We have just returned from another holiday arranged by The Wow House Company. The company was easy and efficient to deal with and the house exactly as promised.
We won’t hesitate to use the company again.

We had a wonderful stay at Honeybourne Manor and couldn’t have been happier.
We were a mixed group of about 20 adults and older children - the house is full of history and character and the grounds and countryside beautiful.
The management and house keeper were very responsive and extremely accommodating, I would happily book again.

dealing with the company was very easy, they answered every question and were very clear. the property was amazing and spotless, we would definitely book this property again for one of our offsite meetings.

DO NOT BOOK.. I am extremely disappointed with the way this company has treated my family during one of the most difficult times of our lives.

We booked a staycation to celebrate my dad’s 70th birthday, but tragically, my mum passed away unexpectedly before our trip. Due to this devastating loss, we were unable to travel. We contacted the company immediately, hoping they would show some compassion and understanding given the circumstances.

Instead, we have spent over two months chasing them for a refund. Our calls and emails have been ignored on numerous occasions, communication has been extremely poor, and the whole process has been unnecessarily stressful. To make matters worse, they have kept 100% of the money we paid, despite the exceptional circumstances.

While I understand that companies have policies, I also believe there should be room for compassion when a family is dealing with the sudden death of a loved one. Their complete lack of empathy and poor customer service have made an already heartbreaking situation even more distressing.

I would not recommend this company based on our experience. We expected understanding, compassion, and professionalism during a time of grief, but sadly received none.
