The customer services agent I dealt with was very helpful. Whilst having difficulty completing the on-line application, she was able to offer me a resolve in issuing a hard copy application for completion. Payment of my claim was also speedy and efficiant.

The online system is easy to use. And having provided all the right information first time (Kwikfit are good for this) then Premia confirmed the payment within a day. Really simple and effective service.

I phoned to make a claim, few days later I received an email with my policy. No calls or explanation or anything at all. My car still not fixed. Very poor customer service. Would not recommend to anyone.

I had to phone for help quite a few times as you needed photos and copies of invoices etc.

Excellent service very happy with everything. It was just unfortunate that Kwik Fit could only come out to do the tire a few days later so I was without a car for a few days but otherwise excellent service really happy to have this Policy.
