Although I originally thought it would be a complicated claim and delayed submitting it for weeks, it eventually turned out to be straightforward and positive experience.

Excellent result on car. Extremely hot day and area where the worker repaired the scratches. He did the job very efficiently and professionally.
Problem with timings for appointment the previous week. Was led to believe it was to be a specific time initially but it was a window of at least four hours so rearranged as worker travelling a long distance and company unable to say when he would arrive that evening.

Unfortunately the dealership had put a. Incorrect reg number on my account and so it was difficult to log on.
Once I got a phone number and spoke (to a human) at Premia everything was sorted really quickly and the claim I intended to make was sorted. Payment was also really quickly received. Top marks to Premia!

I was informed by Evans Halshaw that the chip on my bonet was covered by this plan. I requested the repair only to be advised I was not covered.

The damage was within the allotted size.

First time making a claim, and although it’s all sorted now. A lot of back and forth and chasing was needed on my end. The claim was approved but then rejected on the grounds that the repair was not possible using SMART repair techniques. I had to source my own repair company to get a second opinion, who said it was absolutely repairable. It took the better part of two weeks and a lot of chasing for the quote to be approved, in which time it almost expired. Problem with doing it this way was that I had to pay for the £400 repair out of pocket first and then claim the cost back, luckily I was able to afford to do this but not everyone can. It was also a lot of fuss for something that was actually repairable using the techniques covered under the policy. Positives were that when I eventually was able to speak to a person over the phone things were sorted quickly and the cost was reimbursed swiftly and with very little trouble

I was very impressed with the staff and their help in processing my claim which was very promptly dealt with and settled. It was refreshing to deal with such a professional company.

Premia paid a contribution to my claim as it could not be completed by smart repair. I was happy with the result even if the full amount was not refundable. The administration was quick and efficient

It was a no quibble process, which was a little tricky with the photos, but may have been my ineptitude.
