Submission of the claim was straightforward. An appointment was made at a suitable time and I was kept informed throughout. Mason was very informative and helpful. Although the repair is visible, it would have taken a bigger respray to blend it in fully where the damage was actually fairly small. At least the repair is the same colour and has provided protection from rust.

The service provider came on time and provided a very good service. He clearly explained what he needed to do to fix the issue.

I was kept informed constantly, the repair technition was very friendly and knew exactly what he was doing and explained my repair in full.

Claims process was simple, repair to car was conveniently done at my home and the standard was excellent.

We contacted them within 20mins of damaging 2 alloys and thus concern about the tyres. Immediately got to speak to a gentleman who reassured us, advised us on how to proceed with getting the tyres checked quickly and in a way that would not require us to complete any claim forms or pay upfront if any work required.
Also immediately emailed the claim form for the alloys. We completed and submitted them at about 5pm that day - by 09.15 the following morning we received an email to say the claim had been accepted and informed us of the number we could call to arrange a home visit to repair them.
We immediately contacted the repair company who gave us an appointment within a few days.
So within 22hrs of the damage occurring, we had completed the tyre check and made an appointment for our alloys to be repaired.
We consider that to be amazing service. We cannot put in to words what a relief it was for us to have such a quick and efficient experience, especially as we were on holiday and concerned about driving on the tyres until they had been checked - tyres that are often not in stock at dealerships or tyre centres.
Would totally recommend Premia and thank them for being there for us.

Had a minor, but very noticeable, scratch fixed by Matthew. He did an excellent job and the you would never know the car had been damaged. Matthew was polite, professional and took pride in getting an exact match.
