At the start all seemed fine
At the start all seemed fine, car was collected but it had a crack in the windscreen, tyres were barely legal, the mot that it come with I would be suspect of after this!
The team were fine to deal with when speaking to me but the warranty they offer is awful!
I’ve had several problems with the car and yes it’s to be somewhat expected when buying a second hand car but honestly go elsewhere!
I also suspect it’s been in an accident and not recorded!

What can I say, from initial contact with Mason for a test drive and then going back to deal with Michael this was an amazing company to deal with, not pushy with sales which we prefer, we got finance on my husbands vehicle and returned a week later for finance on a vehicle of my own, each time was pleasant friendly and really easy to do. Got the best deals we could get so highly recommend this company!

I was a bit worried about Precision after reading mixed reviews. But I have to say my experience was fantastic. I found the staff to be super enthusiastic, knowledgeable and helpful. In the end due to an error on the Autotrader website the Jaguar iPace I went to see was not quite right for me. (It was my bad, it was correctly described on Precision's own website.) There was no pressure, they were lovely and offered my a lift back to the station. I would not hesitate to go there again - it looks to be a great operation.
A great experience
A great experience which to be honest I wasn’t expecting as I have encountered some really pushy sales people when looking elsewhere. I found what I was looking for and the financing process was straightforward. I know Michael who looked after me worked really hard to get me a competitive rate so that was much appreciated. Overall, I was really happy with whole process.

we came across a bmw x-drive with precision they sent us videos via whatsapp told them we have been stung in the past with cars from dealerships and they advised us the car was good with no issues. arranged drop off as we live a few hours away. 3 weeks later the car had broken down. contacted them through whatsapp they advised me to contact pinicle warranty which barely cover anything so we had to pay. broke down again last month with a different issue again warranty wouldn’t cover it so had to pay again. now the cars back in the garage with timing chain,clutch and flywheel needing to be done. we really put our trust into this company as they kept advising the car was well looked after etc, we even read the bad reviews and pointed them out to them and they said everywhere gets bad reviews which we agreed. having spent £4000 on this car in the last 4 months is a joke but felt they were no point in keep contacting them as they were saying contact the warranty and i think it’s a nightmare that they don’t cover much. i don’t think it’s fair that places buy cars and don’t inspect them to then resell them and say they have been looked after and the cars are good.
i would 100% view the car before buying and take a mechanic if you can otherwise it can end up being very costly and just a complete mess.
Pleased with the car but some office issues
I'm very pleased with the car, it's in great condition, as described, and the purchase was straight forward. It's been MOTed and serviced. The car was delivered, which was a great service, though seemed a little pricey compared with other car dealers charges for this service.
I'm not pleased that the emailed request for this review was also sent to 10 other people with everyone's emails visible. Some office training is needed, so that Bcc is used instead of cc or email all. This is effectively a data breach.
I've also not received the V5C. I asked about this on delivery (no reply) and have emailed (no reply yet). So I'd hope that DVLC will be informed promptly now about the sale. It's been since 9 October (it's now 10 November) and 5 weeks is the expected time for a V5C to be received (according to DVLC).
Ok experience
Bought a Ford fiesta ST from precision in October. My first car bought for my birthday. Car was great on arrival, looked immaculate and was everything I asked for. Only issue they made me aware of was that the tyres needed sealing but was assured it would be sorted before I returned to collect the car. Travelled down 200 miles to view, left holding deposit and went down the following week to collect. When collecting everything was smooth and Mac the salesman was great. On my drive home I noticed something was off with the tyres and once I got home the tyres hadn’t been sealed and had lost pressure to around 13 psi. They kept going down each time I added pressure. Spoke to Mac on the phone who told me to take the tyres to a garage and that they would pay for them to be sorted as they hadn’t sealed them properly, which I did. The garage I took my car too fixed the valves on the tyres and it cost £75. Called precision back and spoke to Michael, who was extremely rude and argued with us about paying the £75, even shouting at the woman who owns the garage to the point she passed the phone back and walked away. Michael said he’d rather me return the car and get my money back than pay the £75 for the tyres to be sorted. It was the principle of me dangerously driving 200 miles on flat tyres when they promised them to be sorted. In the end Mac came to the rescue and sorted the £75 for them to be fixed. Other than this situation the month I have had the car there has been no other issues and it’s a great car. The final issue is that still a month later I am awaiting my log book. Called last week to be told they are chasing it up but still haven’t received it. To sum up, my experience was okay, however they did let me drive home on dangerously low tyres and I am still awaiting my logbook. Can’t fault Mac, however other members of staff were very rude.
Absolutely shocking
Absolutely shocking, had nothing but issues with an audi q7 I purchased from them, ended up giving the car back and then having to fight relentlessly for my money back, eventually the owner coughed up the money and said he'd sort the log book out and all as I left the log book in the car as I personally didn't want anything more to do with this company only to receive a letter today to say the tax direct debit had failed. This car was returned back in April 2025. Meaning someone had been using the vehicle in my name. If any fines occur from this then legal action will be taken. Would personally think twice before you go down there.
Great experience - Michael was very good
Michael was very good. He didn't rush us, he let us take the car on a test drive for how long we wanted and throughout the whole sale was brilliant. A couple of days later we noticed the rear sensors had fallen out of place. Michael sorted it straight away. The only reason for 4 stars instead of 5 is down to the car not having its Sat Nav activated which we thought would be resolved by replacing the SD Cards, however it seems we need to take it to an Audi dealer. We've overlooked this now as it could be just down to the package on the car and it does have Apple Play connectivity so we just connect or phones and use the map facilities that way.

Great Service Precision Motor Group . I travelled a 220 miles round trip to look at and test drive a car which I decided to buy over the phone a few weeks later. The salesman Michael was very good. Everything was very simple, I paid £100 holding deposit. We agreed on a home delivery which turned up on a flat bed trailer. The car was as seen two weeks previous, the valeting was fantastic and was commented on by others. The delivery driver exchanged documents, I paid via direct transfer and the car was mine. Really easy process.

Very swift experience
Very swift experience. Bought a nice Merc for a very reasonable price. Wheels were refurbished too, so that was a plus. For an oldish Merc, it was a well kept car. Delivery was a tad bit late but I was kept up to date on the distance and timing so that made up for it. However, the one downside is that the 12V cigarette socket is not working so will have to get that checked, but other than that, it holds up well. Thank you for the purchase. So far, it's been a pleasure to drive.
Just bought a 2019 Jag from them
Just bought a 2019 Jag from them. Went to view it and it had a few issues they said they would sort out. They fix one and promised to fix a totally destroyed arch liner and an issue with the heating controls. After a few promises they have now gone quiet on me. I am going to have to take the car to a Jag dealer as i am concerned about a vibration on the steering, I will also be making the finance company aware. I would avoid at all cost.

Avoid avoid avoid. We were sold a Galaxy back in Oct 2023. It had problems non-stop and any repairs undertaken by the company were independently considered to be inadequate, and needed re-doing.
Earlier this year, we tried to sell it on, to discover that it had been previously registered as a 'private hire vehicle' which wasn't disclosed at point of sale. We queried this with the dealership who told us they they 'legally didn't have to tell us'. I felt this dealership took advantage of us (I was 6 months pregnant at point of sale), and fraudulently sold us the car. When we finally sold on last week, I was told that the car had been in an accident and resprayed. AVOID AT ALL COSTS

One of their team members made sexual comments towards me. Told me to use my
“Imagination” then asked for something that was absolutely VILE! I’ll name and shame, his name Is Michael 😊 .. so if you’re a woman going there don’t go on your own and don’t deal with him. When I collected the car I had to bring someone with me because he made me feel so unbelievably uncomfortable.
I reported this, woman I dealt with from
their HR was Margret, she was lovely but all I got was a ‘SORRY’ Wow. Shocking.
They said I’d get an email of them apologising for this vile man’s behaviour. Not got one to this day. People wonder why they don’t report things about men’s behaviour because it gets brushed under the carpet.
Had to deal with another guy after, can’t remember his name but he’s been amazing. Definitely a credit to the team unlike some. Has helped me when needed. So thank you.
Personally wouldn’t go back there for another car. If I was too I’m DEFINITELY bringing someone with me.
