I found it interesting
I was very pleased with the way I could phone my
order in, however as I am not a computer wis kid
I would still like to deal with the payment direct
to a human.
The product its self was strong and does what it says on the tin.
It did come with a slight bend in it which I made good.

Poles Direct - quality products and excellent customer service.
Very pleased with the curtain rails, quality product at a great price (Siklent Gliss). When I placed the order I forgot to use the discount Poles Direct offering. Contacted a rep via ‘chat’ and they offered to refund the equivalent amount. Sure enough funds cleared in only a matter of a few days. This company is very efficient and trustworthy would not hesitate to recommend.

Misleading ad makes it appear that you are buying a solid 240cm pole when you are buying two 120cm poles with a mid way sleeve. You should not have to read the product specification in order to discover this so buyer beware!
