Well made/custom size curtain metal pole at a price similar to the DIY cutdown versions. The Poles Direct product is definitely of superior quality. I would order from them again.
Nice product, easy ordering and quick delivery. The instructions were sent by email, but were pretty cursory and diden't actually feature the brackets of the set I had ordered. Didn't give me an issue... Mehr ansehen

Product good; DHL delivery poor.
The actual product (curtain pole plus fittings) is very good and I'd consider buying one again, although it would be better if it came with three brackets not just two. However delivery is poor - first it was delayed several daysby DHL because of a 'hiccup'; when it was delivered we were away and it would have stayed out in the rain for a week had our neighbour not spotted it and taken it in.

Very late delivery
I ordered on 15/9/26 a Valence rail and some pelmet clips, your ad delivery 2/3 days.
Clips arrived on tme.
I had to contact you on 21/9/26 as to the where abouts of the rail, was informed you would find out and let me know but no such message.
I again contacted you on 23/9/26 to be told the new arrival date would be either 25/9/26 or 28/9/26 ?. I cannot review the valence rail as it has not arrived.
