Within 5 mins of placing the order I received a phone call to say all items in stock and delivery was next day! You can't ask for more than that! As yet unopened as awaiting plumber to fit but not expecting any issues.

I ordered a radiator online. Within minutes, I received a phone call to arrange delivery. The radiator was delivered less than 24h after placing my order. I am very impressed by how professional and reactive the team at Plumb Xtra is not to mention that their pricing was the best online too.

We ordered 3 Aspen radiators yesterday afternoon and by 10.00am today, they had arrived. Very good and quick service.

I was seeking a slightly unusual radiator replacement at 900mm HIGH by 600mm wide. My research led to PlumbXtra with an excellent price. I placed the order online and received a call within an hour to check that I wanted a 900mmm HIGH radiator rather than 900mm wide. I confirmed this was the case and was advised of the delivery process. The radiator arrived at 10:00 the following morning (impressive from the Northwest of England to Central Southern England) and was of excellent quality. The radiator was fitted by me that day and is warming me up as I type this! Very thoughtful, friendly and efficient service from PlumbXtra with a great price to boot. I will definitely use PlumbXtra again.

I recently ordered a shower tray and wetroom screen from PLUMBXTRA.I spoke to the company a number of times on various technical matters and each time the staff were very friendly and helpful. Both items were well priced and delivered within 24 hours of placing the order. Quality was very good and the delivery process smooth and efficient-I was kept well informed of the expected delivery time.
Very pleased with the whole experience and the quick turnround and will certainly use their services again.

I shopped around online for a shower tray by using the SKU code and found Plumb Xtra Ltd were the cheapest online by a few pounds.

I checked them out on TrustPilot and made the decision to place the order.

Within a couple of hours they called me and asked when I would prefer delivery and one option was the following day (this phone call was roughly 1-2pm in the afternoon).

7:40am next day I get a knock on the door from the delivery guy who left the tray exactly where I asked.

Excellent service. I had a phone call within an hour of placing the order to update me on stock and the anticipated delivery, and another a day later to confirm dispatch. Quality radiator and well packaged. The delivery driver helped me get it to the right place in the hours (it was heavy!) Would definitely come here first for any future purchases.

This is my second review of Plumbxtra just recieved my second order, I can’t fault this company second order placed was every bit as good as my first, placed my order online, got a phone call from them within 15 minutes, I was on my phone at the time, so they left a message on my answer machine asking for me to ring them back, at this point I thought maybe there was a problem with my order, phoned them back and was pleasantly surprised that they was actually phoning me to clarify that I’d be home the following day as my order would be arriving then, day of delivery I got a phone call from the delivery guy saying he’d be delivering my order within the next hour, I asked him if he could possibly ring me when he arrived as there’s no road in front of my property so I would have to come out and let him deliver at the rear of my property, the driver was so courteous and nice, rang me as soon as he arrived. Item I ordered arrived well packaged. I’m leaving this second review as I’ve been totally amazed at there whole order/delivery process. My home as been under a total renovation process now for 2 years and I’ve had to deal with umpteen companies along the way. But Plumbxtra has been well ahead of any company I’ve had to deal with. The website clearly states "delivery to mainland UK only" yet when I called yesterday they said they do not deliver to Dunfermline (which is mainland UK). At a minimum the website needs updating.
