Kept me fully updated throughout the process,what I particularly liked was at the first opportunity from me placing my order I was contacted by a very polite gentleman from Plumb Xtra by telephone to personally confirm my order and details so as there where no mix ups ...thought it was a great touch. Delivery was very prompt and kept fully upto date ,their delivery driver was also very polite and professional. A great experience from start to finish would definitely use again and recommend to friends and family. Very helpful and very friendly on the phone. I rang as the website had the wrong price up (much cheaper than other plumbing sites) however they honoured that price. Saved this pensioner money I can certainly do with. Most grateful and an excellent advert for them. Goods delivered quickly and efficiently - great driver too. (Just a bit worried as I can't inspect the order in full as I can't lift it - paperwork says no returns unless it goes back with the driver, or once signed for and accepted..... fingers crossed all is OK :-)

Excellent service, the main depot called me to let me know they had a branch very local to me and refunded the deliver charge. Good honest service. Will definitely use again

Very happy with the guys at PlumbXtra - rad I ordered was too big for delivery, the guys were straight on the phone and helped me find a local depot I could pass and collect the order. Helpful, professional and great value - happy to recommend!

I was a little hesitant to order from here initially due to the small number of reviews but they were the cheapest I could find for the rads I needed and the few reviews they did have were good so I went ahead anyway and hoped for the best.

I placed my order on Tuesday evening, on Wednesday I had a call to arrange delivery and on Thursday I had my items.

One of the rads had a minor scuff so the delivery drive took it back, I gave Plumb Xtra a call and they arranged a replacement for the next day. I also forgot to order some valves so I did this as a separate order and they were happy to include these in the delivery (saved me having to pay delivery cost).

Not a bad thing to say about them at all, friendly, helpful and cheaper than anywhere else I can find. Will use again and recommend to friends / family.
