Positive Experience Overall Despite One Disappointing Issue
Overall, I had a good experience. I liaised with Robin, who did an excellent job sourcing the car I wanted and went above and beyond to keep me updated throughout the process. He was proactive, responsive, and ensured I was informed at every stage, making the experience smooth and stress-free. The car was initially in Leeds and was brought down to London.
The car arrived exactly as described and in good condition, although it could have benefited from a more thorough clean. As the company is based in Leeds, there were a few minor communication gaps between the Leeds and London teams, but these were resolved and did not impact my overall experience.
Another concern was that the car was delivered with only 10 miles worth of fuel, which is unacceptable and does not reflect good customer service. This is particularly concerning, as if I had been further away from a petrol station, it could have caused even greater inconvenience. The team should be more considerate about the fuel level when delivering vehicles to customers. Although I raised this issue, no action was taken to rectify it.
Aside from this, I had a positive experience overall and would still recommend the company. The purchasing process was straightforward, transparent and quick! Thanks again to Robin who was very helpful throughout the process!
