This morning I planted them as a border to my patio garden

I ordered 12 Apricot Drift Roses, expecting them to look like the picture of the ones in cellophane with the tags (otherwise, why show that picture both on their website and in their email advertising?). What I received were plants that were obviously thrown in the boxes without securing the cellophane and without tags, and with soil spilling out from the containers all over the box, These plants are not anything I would ever consider buying even at bargain basement prices and were a total waste of money. I spoke with Tony and he did not see my concern, even after seeing the pictures, so I now question their knowledge of plants. If I could post the pictures here, I would because I know that other consumers would be just as upset as I am to receive such inferior quality plants.

Edited to add: I have been in touch with them again and they assured me that they will be sending out replacement plants for the ones that were damaged, however it is now three and a half weeks since my damaged plants order arrived and I have not received my replacements so I am lowering my rating back down to a 1 star.

We bought a Japanese Maple from Planting Tree in the Autumn of 2019. During a rough Spring season, I've been in contact with Angela from Planting Tree's customer service team. The level of commitment, courtesy, and knowledge is stunning. This is coming from someone with an extensive customer service background. Planting Tree and their team have found an ongoing customer(s) with me my family/friends.

I am so impressed with the service from the planting tree. The plants I received were in great shape, but one didn’t make it before I was able to get it in the ground. I contacted them and explained what happened and I had a replacement in less than 2 weeks. I appreciate service like that. I did purchase the 1 year warranty which is well worth the price. I will be ordering fro the Planting Tree again. Thank you for your exceptional service.

I hadn't ordered large plants by online before. I was a little dubious. But the shrubs I ordered from PlantingTree arrived promptly. They were packaged carefully and well secured with very little dirt dumped. The plants were very high quality, vigorous, robust, and healthy looking. I would highly recommend this plant vendor.

Ordered three of the double variety and when it looked like they wouldn't die, ordered five more. Took photos of neighbors bushes that were planted a month after ours and the blooms look three times the size of ours. The second order blooms are even worse. When you call to ask about this they have all the excuses...what fertilizer did you use?...the one we purchased from you? looks like you didn't use mulch...we did. the irrigation must not be good. ours is perfect.

But hey...good luck with them. I can send you a list of the excuses that have written out up front before you order. STAY AWAY.

FedEx delivered my plants today and I already have them in the ground. I am so impressed by the quality of the plants, the size, and the way they were packaged...outstanding! You guys really know what you are doing.

I never write reviews. But I am stuck at home and ordered five plants from PlantingTree. They arrived quickly, in great shape, and wonderful size. The instructions were clear, the plants perfect. I will order again. Maybe tomorrow.

They sent me an email, asking if they could ship my order early. I said yes. Within a week, both of my orders were here. A little pricey, but the size and quality of the plants are very good. My maiden grass already has green coming out. The pink muhly grass hasn't done anything yet, but I'm waiting, since it's only been a couple of weeks. Will definitely order from Planting Tree again.

The plants came incredibly fast and we all in fantastic shape. The packaging was done with care and they are doing great. Very satisfied and highly recommend!

I’ve bought a number of different plants from Planting Tree and they are always beautiful With well established root balls. I’ve never lost a plant yet and the ones I’ve planted from Planting Tree are far superior to plants I have that were purchased from and installed by professional landscapers.

The plants were delivered as promised . Nice shipping wrap that kept them moist. They all look healthy and beautiful.

I was quite hesitant to order plants online, but Planting Tree had what I needed. Shipping was fast and I received the plants I ordered. They were in rough condition, but after quickly planting they appear to be doing well, so far.

I purchased three trees from Planting Tree and was very pleased with the product and the service. The trees came with planting instructions and I purchased some supplemental products to help get them off to a good start and they are flourishing. I will definitely order from Planting Tree again in the future.
