I have been ordering plants from The Planting Tree for 3 years. Their plants are absolutely; The Best, plants I have ever bought anywhere in 40 years. I dont have a green thumb at all, however; I bought 2 rose trees last year, a Bloomerang Lilac Shrub, 2 Alberta Spruce, all came extremely healthy, and are just beautiful. This year I bought 2 Hydrangeas, again, arrived ready to plant, and with a lot of buds, ready to bloom. The Planting Tree is the only place I will purchase plants from, The Best!

I am super pleased with the PlantingTree company. I ordered an apple tree, 6 blueberries, flowers, and planting mix. Everything was so healthy and well-grown and pretty. The apple tree was a real beauty. The tree was healthy, in great shape and all with green leaves. The Toro and Bluecrop blueberry bushes were in 3 gallon pots and all had blooms and blueberries. The items were also very carefully packaged and arrived quickly. I am also extremely pleased with the customer service. I got quick responses to my inquiries and all were so cordial and helpful. Shipping was fast as well. This is the best nursery I have purchased plants from! Thank you so much to the entire team!

Planting tree on line shopping and ordering was an easy process.Plants all arrived in excellent condition.We did have some issues with shipping company not all plants arrived at the same time but planting tree customer service went above and beyond to insure all my order made it to me.

Missy was absolutely fantastic. I asked for my order ship date to change and it was confirmed to change. The order ended up shipping. I spoke to Missy over email and she was so attentive and apologetic for the issue. She contacted FedEx to have the order returned and submitted a new order for me to ship out 5/17. Missy's follow through and service was really reassuring. Best customer service I have received in a long time and I am a first time customer of Planting Tree. I ordered a blackberry bush, and 2 lemon trees. The lemon trees were shipped improperly and one died but they quickly replaced it the next day. Absolutely amazing customer service and the other two trees I received are gorgeous. Absolutely top quality. I would highly recommend them to anyone who wants a better garden/orchard.

Lost some Loropetalum during the extended hard freeze in Gulf Coast of Texas. While waiting to see if they were dead or dormant, Planting Tree advised me what to do and how long to wait before replacing. Excellent communications with Lisa. My plants were out of warranty but Planting Tree went the extra mile and offered a substantial discount for those plants and any additional plantsI need. This will be a big help as we lost a number of our established plants too.
I continue to highly recommend Planting Tree.

My order arrived earlier than expected (in a good way), as usual. Once again, I am amazed by the quality of the packaging and that a TREE and a shrub can arrive in PERFECT condition after all that handling and movement. The PinkyWinky tree is larger than I expected and is already very pretty.

I’m going to start shopping at PlantingTree for gifts.

I ordered a tree that was supposed to be shipped mid April. At the end of April it still had not shipped. I emailed customer service, Lisa responded updating me on the package and put a rush in on the delivery. A few minutes later I recieved the shipping confirmation and my tree is on its way. Good communication, service and follow through.

We were looking for some specific plants that we could not find locally, Hot Flash Camellias and Pink Icing Blueberries, and found them at Planting Tree. I had never used an online retailer for plant material. Planting Tree's customer service is fantastic, their web site is user friendly, and their email responsiveness can't be beat. But the most important part, the plants, arrived packaged beautifully, healthy and ready to be planted! My husband and I are very pleased with our purchases and will definitely be a repeat customer with Planting Tree!

I ordered a 5 gallon 4-5' Japanese Bloodgood Maple tree paying $250 for it. I received a lame 4' stick. They said the tree is fine and refused to replace it. Told me to plant it and they would give me a one year warranty with it. Now the tree did not survive the winter! I tried contacting them for a replacement, but haven't replied. We planted 14 trees over the past 4 years and this is the only one to die on me. So disappointed with this company. I would never buy a tree from them again.

I ordered 18 Big Blue Liriope, which all have new green shoots and will grow just fine I am sure. The Pink Muhly should be fine as well. My problem was with the Crown Jewel of the order. A Japanese Orangeola. It is healthy because it has new leaves starting. But it is shaped like Charlie Brown's Christmas tree. Very lopsided, and bare in many places. I thought for such an expensive tree it would look better. For a $560 order I expected something a little nicer. I will see over the next year if it will fall over from having the weight all on one side.

NONE of the plants arrived healthy. Package in terrible condition. One plant was a root, when a tree was advertised. 2 were supposed to be grasses, again, only roots arrived with a couple of green leaves that were unhealthy looking (containers in a terrible condition, mangled and pieces of them were mixed into the dirt. When asked for replacement, they said that there was a miscommunication because they only offer roots for the tree. I went back on their page and nowhere does it say that you get roots instead of a tree.

Just received my plants and they are great. Looks very healthy, well water and packaged nicely. I would definitely order again from them.

Too expensive even on sale and a few trees were turning brown out of the box. Thought it would be better to get from a nursery but now I'm not so sure.

Looked good when I got them but it's cold outside. Hope they survive the winter!
