I ordered a vaccum cleaner on their online shop and it arrived in horrible condition as if it was already used. The metallic tube was scratched(!), the accessories were full of dust, the products were randomly thrown inside the box, the box had many scratches on the inside, the name of the brand on the vaccum cleaner was scratched and there was an empty plastig bag that was already torn.
Plus, the delivery men were very unprofessional but I don't know if this is Plaisio's fault as there was no brand name on their truck or t-shirts: even though they knew I was going to pay with cash, they didn't have change so I had to wait for them to go get change.

Avoid buying from Plaisio.

Εξω στην αμερικη οι scalpers ειναι random ατομα που μεταπωλουν καρτες γραφικων. Στην περιπτωση της ελλαδας, οι ιδιες οι επιχειρησεις ειναι οι scalpers. Το πλαισιο, που ενω ειναι αμεσος συνεργατης με την Nvidia, πουλαει τις καρτες γραφικων της στις διπλασιες τιμες απο αυτες που προτεινει η εταιρια. Συν, επειδη το αγορι μου δουλευε παλια εκει, φερονται στους υπαλληλους σαν σκουπιδια με ολη τη σημασια της λεξης και στους πελατες υπαρχει ρητη οδηγια να τους παρουν με καθε δυνατο τροπο τα μεγιστα δυνατα χρηματα. Για να μη σχολιασω τον ανηθικο ανταγωνισμο, που προσπαθει εδω και χρονια το Πλαισιο να αποκτησει το αποκλειστικο μονοπωλειο. Σιχαματα, τιποτα λιγοτερο

We buy a air-condition 2.8 2021 and 5.8 2021 after 3 days the machine is stopped to working. Since the we called the service and they said they send someone to see it and nobody responded yet. We make a numberous of calls and still today 11.8 2021 nothing is happened. My suggestion is to don't buy household electronics from there again and keep only for computers and phones. The only thing you can buy from there.Sorry for this but this is the true!

Προσοχή στην αγορά πατινιού. Αγόρασα τον 08/2020 ένα Segway ES2. Ιούνιο του 2021 μου έβγαζε καθημερινά προβλήματα χωρίς να το κάνω υπερβολική χρήση. Το πήγα στο σέρβις του Πλαισίου στις 01/07/2021 για να το στείλουν στην Αθήνα. Ακόμη και σήμερα δεν έχει φτιαχτεί. Οι 3 πρώτοι υπάλληλοι που μίλησα με το σέρβις μου έχουν δώσει 3 διαφορετικές ημερομηνίες. Ο 1ος είπε ότι σε 7-10 εργάσιμες ημέρες θα είναι έτοιμο. Ο 2ος το ανέβασε στις 14 ημέρες. Ο 3ος φυσικά το ανέβασε στις 20 ημέρες. Το αποκορύφωμα ο κύριος Μύρωνας(αν θυμάμαι σωστά, έχω μιλήσει με 15 διαφορετικά άτομα) που τον ρωτάω «γιατί όταν το πήρα δεν με ενημερώσατε ότι αν χαλάσει θα σταλεί στην Αθήνα και θα κρατήσει τόσο πολύ» και φυσικά η απάντηση είναι «εσείς έπρεπε να ρωτήσετε». Τραγικός απλά. Φυσικά με καλέσανε χθες από το τεχνικό τμήμα για να μου πουν το κλασικό περιμένουμε ακόμη το ανταλλακτικό. Δεν γνώριζαν την βλάβη, με βάλανε στην αναμονή κάνα 10λεπτο για να με ενημερώσουν και φυσικά το πρόβλημα του πατινιού είναι η μητρική του Ή η μπαταρία. Ακόμη και τώρα δεν είναι σίγουροι. Αποφύγετε να αγοράσετε πατίνι από τους συγκεκριμένους καθώς δεν τους νοιάζει να σας εξυπηρετήσουν μετά την αγορά. Φυσικά υπεύθυνος δεν κάλεσε ποτέ!!!!ΠΟΤΕ ΞΑΝΑ!!!Σημερα 2/8 και αφου εγραφα τις προηγουμενες ημερες στο facebook του Πλαισιου με καλεσανε για να μου πουν οτι ακομη περιμενουν το ανταλλακτικο. Εννοεειται η απαντηση που πηραν ειναι οτι αυτο το γνωριζω και να μου πουν αμεσα γραπτως ημερα που θα εχω το πατινι. Για ηλεκτρικα πατινια καλυτερα να αγορασετε απο αλλου. Δεν θα εχετε καθολου καλο support.

We ordered an air condition 2 days ago. They assured us that it will be installed within 3 days of the purchase. Today they delivered it and when we called them for the installation they told us that someone will call us within 5 days to make an appointment and refused that they told us about the "3 days". Never buy from them...

Κορυφαία εταιρεία και στο ηλεκτρονικό εμπόριο, πλήρη ενημέρωση αποστολής, εξαιρετική υποστήριξη. Είναι μία εταιρεία που μπορείς να έχεις εμπιστοσύνη. Έχω κάνει κατά παραγγελία στο Πλαίσιο κάπου 15 χρόνια υπολογιστές για γραφιστική χρήση γιατί εργαζόμουν σε μία εταιρεία που πουλούσε επαγγελματικούς εκτυπωτές και LFP συστήματα. Όλους τους πελάτες μας τους προμήθευα με κατά παραγγελία PC από το Πλαίσιο στη Μεταμόρφωση. Πολλοί εκτυπωτές που είναι ακόμα σε χρήση συνεχίζουν μέχρι και σήμερα να έχουν σαν σταθμό εργασίας υπολογιστή από το Πλαίσιο. Υπάρχουν σε όλη την Ελλάδα. Μετά από τόσα χρόνια υπάρχουν και δουλεύουν ακόμα. Το μόνο που έγινε στα παλιά αυτά PC ήταν αλλαγή δίσκου σε SSD περισσότερη μνήμη γιατί κάποια στιγμή έγιναν πολύ φτηνές και κανένα τροφοδωτικό μετά τα 9 χρόνια συνήθως. Βλέπω πολλά παράπονα και δυστυχώς δεν μπορώ να καταλάβω... ή εγώ στάθηκα πολύ τυχερός σε όλα αυτά τα PC που αγόρασα από το πλαίσιο ή είναι πολύ άτυχοι κάποιοι σημερινοί αγοραστές.

Άμεση και άψογη εξυπηρέτηση. Πολύ καλή η τελική τιμή και συνέπεια στην αποστολή και παράδοση του προϊόντος. Προτείνω το "Plaisio" ανεπιφύλακτα!

My daughter bought an air conditioner during the heat wave in Athens 2/7 2021 with the confirmation from plaisio that within 3-5 days maximum the technical team will go to place it in her home in athens, after they received the full payment ,the technical team says it takes up to 3 weeks.Not to trust them as they lied in order to sell the product but cannot have within the promised time

Παραγγελία Δεκέμβριο 2020 προϊόν το οποίο αναφέρουν ώς "Διαθέσιμο κατόπιν παραγγελίας".
Μισο χρόνο μετά την ακύρωσα, καλοκαίρι 2021.
Μετά από πολλά τηλέφωνα και ψέματα του τύπου σε μια βδομάδα θα είναι εκεί, στις τόσο του μήνα θα είναι εκεί κλπ κλπ.

Σιχαμένοι ψεύτες γενικότερα.

Προτιμήστε κάποιο σοβαρό μαγαζί από το σκρουτζ.
Και ξέρετε γιατί είναι σοβαρό το μαγαζί στο σκρουτζ?
Γιατί βασίζεται στην εμπειρία του πελάτη και τον θελει ικανοποιημένο.
Γιατι θέλει άλλο ένα θετικό review.

Απλά επαγγελματίες! Παραγγελία κονσόλας PS5 ηλεκτρονικώς, την επόμενη μερα το πρωί (Σάββατο) ήταν στην πόρτα μου. Επίσης, η εξυπηρέτηση του τηλεφωνικού κέντρου είναι άψογη και άμεση. Αρκετά ευχαριστημένος με όλες τις ηλεκτρονικές μου αγορές από το Πλαίσιο.

Αγορασα λαπτοπ 900 ευρω απο 1500 ευρω αρχικη τιμη, το οποιο απο την πρωτη μερα κολλησε και δεν ανοιγε, ζητησα αντικατασταση, δεν μου το αντικατεστησαν ποτε, μου προτειναν να κανω update τους drivers και μετα απο 6μηνες αντιμετωπιζω προβληματα ακομη χωρις καμια τεχνικη υποστηριξη επι της ουσιας.

I had two terrible experiences with Plaisio. One with a TV from Turbo X. It broke down twice so far and the second time it broke, it took many attempts to get Plaisio to repair it even though it is still under warranty. They left me for a few weeks during a lockdown without a TV because of their reluctance to arrange the repair. Then, this year, I decided to give them.another chance and they told me I wasn't entitled to a refund of a product I was unhappy with even though I requested a refund the same day the item was delivered and was legally entitled to a refund. I had to seek help from the Hellenic consumer rights to get a resolution which supported the fact that I was entitled to a refund. Plaisio dragged the process out for weeks to encourage me to give up. They say they'll call you back, but they don't. Some times they even hung up when they realised I was an English speaker. They also don't respond readily to emails with most of mine going totally unanswered. Very disappointing customer service.

I’m Italian and I bought a AEG dish washer.
After connecting the machine the first trial with an authorised technician it start to leak.
Nevertheless technician declare that the machine was faulty Plaisio declare that was my fault.
This is a very bad company don’t buy anything!

After many years customer i will never buy any device from them.Very bad support.Hope at future be better as old times before some years.They dont replace defective devices out of the box and they send for repair.

Στο πλαίσιο της Ψηφιακής Μέριμνας, αγόρασα το Turbo-X DK510 Desktop (Intel Core i5 104008 GB240 GBHD 630) από το ΠΛΑΙΣΙΟ.
1) Επεξεργαστής, μητρική και μνήμη επώνυμα! Μπράβο για αυτό.
2) SSD παντελώς noname και δεν υπάρχει ούτε καν στο site τους!
3) Τροφοδοτικό Turbo-X 450w noname και δεν υπάρχει επίσης στο site τους!
4) Τραγική σχέση τιμής/πακέτου!
5) Τελευταίο, το οτι αντί να παραλάβω στην οικεία μου στον Κορινό, υποχρεώθηκα να μεταβώ ο ίδιος σε σημείο πάνω στην Π.Ε.Ο Κατερίνης - Αθηνών για να το παραλάβω!
Μάλλον είναι και η τελευταία φορά που αγοράζω από το πλαίσιο.

I went to Plaisio to Chania, Crete where I am living, to order a desktop computer tailor made. I had a budget big enough to build a well made desktop. I had everything else (mouse keyboard etc) so I needed just a pc that will help me with the editing of videos (Premiere pro). From the first day I bought it (850euros) I had problems. No card reader, ("it's ok I will plug in the cameras with their usb cables") no wifi/bt card ("it's ok I will pass through the whole house a 20m ethernet cable...") and usb ports that are slower than a snail. During the first week one part of the tower fell, a little net from the bottom, and in the back the plastic part that holds all the entrances of the ports, bent and now it's curved... But the most annoying thing is how loud this tower box is ('sharkoon' the recommended one) Apart that it makes a subtle heavy bass sound all the time, the cooler fan is making a loud repeating noise witch is extremely annoying. I have to keep the tower tilted on one side to make the noise less... Really crappy thing. One would imagine that for 850euros could get a sturdy normal pc desktop but in Plaisio they guided me to pay for crap since it was their recommendation for this amount of money. Btw one more absolute fault of the """"""technician""""" that helped be build my pc, is that even though he new that I am dealing professionally with photography, Photoshop and Premiere, he decided to put a 55Gb only SSD and a 1Tb Hdd. Windows, Photoshop and Premiere can be installed and run only on the windows hard drive (even I know that...) so I am dealing everyday with a very heavy ssd that runs everything and has always critical space to execute.
Everybody says that Plaisio is going from bad to worst by bringing less and less quality products, and by pushing more and more the people that need to work for them. My bad... but never again.

worst customer service experience ever ever ever ever. through my employers i got a gift voucher at plaisio,i work in a customer service myself and if i worked like plaisio i would have been fired long time ago. they can hang up - literally, when i say "can i speak english", they hang up or they just transfer me continuously to other people who transfer me again who transfer me again (each time is a waiting time), they say they will call back, they dont. they didnt answer email. the purchase experience was more or less smooth, the warranty experience was all of the above. there is a random nice customer center agent, but i dont know what needs to happen for me to use plaisio again. well ... maybe except my employers giving me another gift voucher, but i would be happy to re gift it or buy something that i know i will not need customer service or warranty service

δεν ξέρουν που τους πανε τα τεσσερα. περιμενω επιστροφη χρηματων σε ιδια τραπεζα απο δικια τους ακυρωση. Ακομα περιμενω. Μου επεστρεψαν ενα ποσο κατα 2/3 λιγοτερο απο αυτο που επρεπε και καμια ενημερωση. Εχει χαλασει πολυ και η εξυπηρετηση και η νοοτροπια που εχουν. Το μονο που μου ειπαν μετα απο δικια μου επικοινωνία ειναι οτι έχουν κανεί ολες τις ενέργειες, μόνο ανόητες δικαιολογίες που υποτιμούν την νοημοσύνη μας

I ordered 2 office chairs online. While the delivery was great when I assembled the chairs one was badly broken. Since then it has been a nightmare with customer services. They tell you they will call back and they don't... They give you an email address and you get no response. Hopefully, my PayPal claim will hit home. I have no time for this!
