SUMMARY: ΠΛΑΙΣΙΟ - PLAISIO high prices & never-ending time-losing chaos

- no returns
- customer service doesn't reply to e-mails
- nobody knows how long vouchers are valid
- you can't place the order online with more than one voucher - only long waiting phone orders
- customer service make many mistakes in phone orders (wrong address, wrong price)
- detail information about your order vary from the source: another online, another by phone and another by shop
- the staff is giving to the customer products covered with a thick layer of dust

What can be worse?

Bad delivery experience. They didn't rang my bell, they never called...didn't deliver on slot. Customer support was doubting that this happened...like I had a reason to lie. We live in 2022, you can't offer so bad experience. Never again

Worst company ever. Stay away! No support at all. I bought 2 screens from them that are broken and they refuse to give back my money.

I have never in my life had a worse experience. Not only was my freshly delivered laptop not working properly, not only did they not replace it, bit after twice trying to send it for a repair they tried to convince me that that's the normal way it should be (the screen flickering all the time) and when I asked them to give me a report from the tech support to confirm what they were saying they refused. Buying from them was the worst decision I ve ever made and sadly it was a very expensive laptop. They are not just unacceptable, their ways are borderline illegal.

I AM WAITING FOR A TONER AND SOME OTHER THINGS MORE THA 25 DAYS VERY BAD SERVICE.
They have sent it with a trasportation company not a courier.

I had the bad luck to rely on after sales services offered by Plaisio. Possibly the worst company of its kind in Greece. If you want to buy something consumable, go on, but if you need something requiring installation by them or delivery or anything requiring after sales services and support, then avoid Plaisio at all costs and choose any other alternative. Can’t be worse.

Ordered an air frier (May 8th ) and still have not received it . Called them about 10 times and the response was that they are still waiting for the product from the manufacturer. They did not have the decenCy To inform At least I was smart enough not to charge a credit card . It seems that the air frier was a decoy since all other shops charged more for the same air frier . Very unprofessional !!!

I ordered an oven by phone and although I deposited the money and called them many times, in order to get the confirmation of my products, they said that this would come when my products were due to delivery!!!
I had deposited 200euro after a phone call, and I received only an order number, where I couldn't see the features of the exact products that I had ordered! I was called several times and asked to sent them the receipt of the deposit, and I had to explain three or four times - two by mail amd two by phone - that the receipt is going to be sent to me by the bank the day after. When I sent it, they didn't receive it, so they called the next day to ask to sent it again. I was in the middle of something else, but had to stop and again sent the receipt, otherwise they couldn't proceed with my order - they said. That was extremely annoying, given the time I had already consumed by writing to them the same things amd exaining the same things over and over. Even though I sent it again two times, and at last two days after the order got the list with the products by mail amd and a date for delivery the day after, no message for delivery time came. I called them again in the morning of the next day, the day of planed delivery as it was confirmed by mail, when I had planed with an electrician. I learned suddenly a new information from the person I talked to: THAT THE MONEY HAD TO BE SEEN FIRST IN THEIR BANK ACCOUNT, OR ELSE THEY COULDN'T SEND THE PRODUCT! And additionally, that the oven was not planed to be sent, because they had to wait to see the money transfer in the bank!
How would I know?
And Why the heck did they call me them so many times asking for the receipt of the deposit, if it was of no use?

I should have chosen to pay the money after the delivery - which was an option.
Or even better I should have seen the stars here at trustpilot!
I totally agree with the low rating!

DON'T EVER ORDER SOMETHING BY DEPOSIT OF A FOREIGN BANK! THEY ARE NOT USED TO IT, THEY ARE AFRAID OF IT AND THEY DYSFUNCTION COMPETELY.
Also unacceptable not to receive the product list at once after the order!

Very bad service and no one responsible to make a complain!!

I have an adjunct product to the oven, that I was told that it wil be available by the end of the month, but know I am very unsure of when it is going to be delivered....

NEVER AGAIN ONLINE OR PHONE ORDER FROM PLAISIO!!

The delivery is indeed terribly slow. If I was to travel to Cupertino to get my Apple TV, it could have been way faster than getting it from Plaisio in Athens.

After speaking with with 4 different persons today and 2 yesterday and 2 on last Saturday I still don't know when my order will be delivered to me...
It is a shame because some years ago it was a good company...

Its probably the worst company out there.
I ordered 3 things from them 1 was problematic.
Didnt want to wait 1 month as the say so i sent the product with my own cost. 3 weeks they couldnt find the item and if i didnt keep the tracking code from courier it was a lost case..After 1 month they send me an email that yes the product has problem buy something else at that price.The technical sector was not answering my calls and just missed called at my number just to say that they called. With few words a layer had to step in to get my money back.

ΑΡ ΠΕΛΑΤΗ 3694267 αγόρασα 15/12/2021 διάφορα είδη μεταξύ των οποίων και βάση οθονών. Έλειπαν βίδες συναρμολόγησης . Σήμερα 17/1/2022 μετά από πολλά τηλεφωνήματα με ενημέρωσαν ότι δεν υπάρχουν τέτοιες βίδες ούτε έχουν άλλο ίδιο προιόν για αντικατάσταση. Όταν !!!! παραλάβουν θα μου την αλλάξουν!!!! Ζήτησα βέβαια επιστροφή χρημάτων , θα επικοινωνήσουν ..... Ούτε τσάμπα δεν ψωνίζω από το ΠΛΑΙΣΙΟ πάλι

This business located in Greece and they're total scams. They charged me 80£ to diagnose my hard disks problem. After 3 weeks I needed to go back to the UK and could not wait no more. I called and they said that nothing has been done, so I cancelled my order (ref number 442104007404). But then I found out that I'm not entitled for a refund. I never used the service nothing being done by them however they kept the money. I recommend to avoid this business at any cost!

Pushy and intrusive employees, never go there if you don't want to be harassed into buying many more items than you were intending. They will just add items to your cart without your consent.

bought a kitchen item using paypal.
Money debited instantly.
1 day later they phoned to tell me item would be delivered in 3 days to which I agreed.
On 'delivery date' no news - no sms, no call, nothing on website so I called.
After 20 minutes waiting to speak to someone they told me item was 'not in stock' and they had no idea if or when it would be.
They suggested an item from a manufacturer in China I'd never hear of so since this is an electronic item that needs to be well made and guaranteed by a company that abides by EU consumer regulations I declined.
They then told me I had no other option but to cancel.
They refused to confirm when they would refund me and sent me an email implying that the cancellation had been my own decision.
I have raised a dispute with paypal.
Even if they do refund me with reasonable promptness I still lose out on 2 lots of currency exchange.
The fact that they 'sold' as being in stock an item they not only didn't have but had no access to and then failed to advise of this is really low.
As well as this, I've spent a lot of time dealing with the issue which is completely their fault.
Avoid.

Plaisio is a highly recommended store for me. It literally has anything you can imagine of. I loved the fact that once I got into the store , a staff appeared immediately and helped me find things I've been looking for. It made me a very good impression.

I found their site easy to use, their prices competitive and they arrived faster than a TV order I placed same day with Kotsovolos

Ένα αστέρι? Εάν υπήρχε επιλογή για κανένα αστέρι η άθλια εξηπηρετηση, θα την επέλεγαν σίγουρα.
Είχα φέρει τον υπολογιστή μου στο κατάστημα σε πολύ καλή software κ hardware κατάσταση έτσι ωστε να καθαριστεί το cpu. Δεν παρουσιάζει κανένα πρόβλημα ο υπολογιστής αφού το τσέκαρε καξ ο Δημήτρης, απλά ήθελα να το καθαρίσω μιας και πρεπει να καθαρίζετε ένας υπολογιστής κάθε 2 χρόνια για προλιπτικούς λόγους.
Οταν το παρέλαβα, ο υπολογιστής ούτε καν που άνοιγε, ήταν shut. Το στέλνουν στα κεντρικά γραφεία της ΗP. Λαμβάνω τον υπολογιστή μετά από 2 εβδομαδες με πρόβλημα μητρικής πλακέτας η μπαταρίας, όπου ο υπολογιστης δεν φόρτιζει καθόλου χωρίς τη μπαταρία του.
Πληρωσα 25 ευρω για τον καθαρισμό και τώρα αναγκάζομαι να πληρώσω αλλά 400 ευρώ για τη μητρική πλακέτα, την οποία πιθανότατα βραχυκλωσε κατά τη διαρκεια του καθαρισμού του υπολογιστή.
Αποτελεσμα?
1. Άθλια εξηπηρετηση μιας και δεν με ενημέρωσε κάνεις ότι ο υπολογιστής ήταν για παραλαβή κάθε φορά που ήταν έτοιμο.
2. Χαλια εποικηνωνια κ δεν βγάζει άκρη, να κατηγορούν το πελάτη για άσχετο χτύπημα στο υπολογιστή. Και ποιος υπολογιστής δεν έχει χχτυπισει λιγο? Δούλευε ο υπολογιστής όταν το έφερε? ΝΑΙ. Λειτουργεί όταν είναι να το παραλάβω μετά το καθαρισμό? ΟΧΙ
Ξεκάθαρα κατά την καθαρισμό του υπολογιστή, χάλασαν την μητρική πλακέτα.
3. Προτείνω οποιοδήποτε άλλο κατάστημα για service αλλά ΟΧΙ το σάπιο πλαίσιο.
