Don't buy from this company anything, i wait 3 weeks for my sound bar than told me the parcel been lost by courier! I was joke they never sent to me any parcel froud, i wait for refund.

I bought an LG 49UB850V from them on Thursday because it was the cheapest price. After placing the order, I did a search for reviews on Pixmania. It was at that point that I realised not only were they outside the UK (where I purchased the product) but when I dug around a bit more, I found really bad reviews. The item arrived on Tuesday, so it was within tolerable limits timescales for delivery. The TV was intended for the mainland Europe market, so the plug was EU (there was a note on this in the very fine print on the website which is hard to spot unless you're looking for it). While the box was 'sealed' there was evidence that it had previously been opened and taped back. An EU to UK adaptor had been placed in the box. The TV currently works fine, but I'm still nervous that there may be something wrong with it, and keeping my fingers crossed that there will be no issues.

Also, after placing the order, I attempted to call Customer Service several times, but could not get anyone. The call was always dropped. This is why I'm giving a 3-star. I hope the TV works fine and I don't have to deal with them for repairs, because I've read awful things about that too.

I recently purchased a TV from Pixmania, and with it, a mounting bracket kit. I've used dozens of these in the past - this was the worst I'd ever seen. Very poor instructions, no method of adjusting angle, but worst of all, no method at all of securing the TV to the wall-mounted part of the bracket. This would result in a situation where the TV could very easily be dislodged and fall off the wall! You can just imagine the result if you had kids playing around it and in their excitement give it a little tug - next thing they'd be wearing it! Pixmania response? - moderator deletes my review!!

I bought a lens from Pixmania they sent it by UPS that's when the problems started after 3 attempts to deliver and half a dozen excuses including receiver not in all of which were lies I rang UPS and told them to cancel delivery and return to Pixmania. On requesting refund they said I must deal with a company called Futek who informed me that I must inform them of my bank details I told them I had paid by PayPal that's no good we must pay you as Pixmania paid us by bankers drafting that will cost you 60€ So back to Pixmania who told me they were waiting for Futek who told me they were waiting for Pixmania. Get the idea going in circles so if I were you pay a bit more and shop local and definitely keep clear of PIXMANIA they only take your money not give it back and charge for non delivery

Ordered a TV and then received a telephone message that there was an issue with payment. At the same time I received a text from my card company with a fraud check which I replied all was ok. I assume this was the reason.

I then received an email from Pixmania to say the order will be cancelled if I don't contact them regarding the issue

What a joke. I have been calling their number all day - 7 times so far on a premium rate number only to hold for several minutes and then to be cut off with a message saying I made an incorrect selection. SCAM?

I have email several times and not had a single reply.

My order still shows as awaiting confirmation LOL what am I supposed to do Pixmania?

The reviews are proving to be correct, Pixmania customer services appear to be completely useless. They are happy to take nearly £600 from me but can't be bothered to contact me back.

I have no idea if I will get my new TV or if I need to buy elsewhere.

I recently ordered a TV for my mother-in-law from Pixmania having bought one from them a few years ago. I was aware that they had changed ownership but was a little alarmed when I saw the tales of woe on this review site so I thought I'd add this in for balance.

I ordered the TV as this was by far the cheapest retailer. I received a confirmation email and a further one once the order was dispatched. I was able to follow the package on the courier's website although we didn't receive an expected time of delivery. However, the package arrived as expected and within the delivery times stated.

The TV is fine and that's about it, really. I'm only giving 4 stars as I haven't had to contact the company so I couldn't comment on their after-care but I'm entirely happy about the transaction and would be happy to use them again.

I've ordered LG - 32LB580V - LED Smart TV. The TV is great quality of the picture and saund, it's worth the money. The bad point is the delivery. It was writen EXPRESS DELIVERY from 24 to 48h. It came on fifth working day! If I knew that, I would not order it!

I saw a lot of very bad reviews for pixmania so, I thought to counter balance with a good review. Ordered a Samsung 48h6400 TV. Excellent price and was delivered exactly as specified in 5 working days. It is a EU import version but works absolutely perfectly in the UK (all apps too). Happy customer. Thanks.

I ordered a Samsung TV 6400 from Pixmania. The TV was despatched and arrived within 6 days. The courier company they use in France, isn't great, I guess it's like YODEL, their tracking system is diabolical but each time I phoned Pixmania, they were able to tell me where the package was, Pixmania clearly know how to read and use the tracking system easier than what we can. TV arrived in excellent condition, not a mark on the box. The TV was great but unfortunately it had a fault with the Wifi and had to be returned. I used Pixmania return system with UPS, they fronted the return bill as the item was faulty, UPS had the TV back to Pixmania within 4 days and Pixmania kept me up to speed via email with each step of the process. I got my refund within 24 hours of them receiving the TV back at their warehouse. Pyyno H, thank you for your excellent customer service, although the product was faulty, the whole experience wasn't made difficult in the slightest, in fact the service I received was one of the best I've had in a long time. Use Pixmania, and call them to track your package! This will alleviate any frustrations you may have trying to use their courier website.

Just bought a 55 inch Philips TV from these guys. Was pretty worried after reading the reviews but at £150 cheaper then other 55 inch TVs in the market I thought I'd give it a try. Ordered processed fine and sent out for delivery by dachser logistics. Two days after collection from pix mania it showed up on there tracking site as in the warehouse, another 2 days and no change. 3rd day it's arrived in Northampton depot and stayed another 3 days with no update. Rang dachser and was told they had handed my TV to FedEx to deliver and it had been lost however they found it and delivered the next day. Was gonna order a home theatre when I ordered TV but though I'd just ordered the one thing first. Wish I had ordered the theatre too, pix mania are out of stock and can't find another anywhere :)

I ordered a Samsung 5.1 home cinema and on the website I was told I would be able to track it with the tracking number given with in 24 hours but after 4 days the tracking number was still not recognized on the couriers website, I managed to phone customer service and I have been told the item is still in Germany meaning that I will not receive the item within the 3 to 5 days stipulated. After reading all these bad reviews I have started to get suspicious and I am praying I am not another victim

Like many others have discovered this is one of the worst places to shop. Received an item that was faulty and requested a replacement.

Then had to go through a long winded procedure of awaiting collection of the item, then it being sent to France for testing, waiting several more days before they acknowledged receipt and then to be told that they could not replace as they did not have any stock.

The item was in stock when I requested a replacement but they did not reserve one and following their long return procedure meant it was gone. They failed to offer any compensation for the useless service.

They disgustingly removed my review of their service from their own website - probably because I highlighted how poor they are. My strong recommendation to everyone is to buy from another retailer and preferably one in your own country.

Despite paying for 3-5 day delivery, the order took an additional day to even get processed, then the provisional date for delivery was another 8 days away, and, in the end, despite being told the goods had shipped they simply hadn't.
Emailing the shipper and pixmania didn't even get a reply.

In the end it cost ME money to get a refund for something that had never been sent.

Thanks, eventually, for the offer of free shipping - of course that's of no use to me, and will cost you nothing, since I will never use you again.

Bought a TV 2 weeks ago. Pixmania has since failed to deliver the item to me. Their customer service is literally non existent. People don't care for customers and are incompetent to an extend that one questions the reason for the companies existence. After all the company has been bought for euro 1 (!) by a distressed investor because nobody wanted this dog. Even the investor doesn't know how to turn this company around and they are planning a fire sale soon. Change of CEOs didn't help. Most senior staff are inexperienced freelance consultants.... Do not order from them!

If like me you read these forums and think the bad experiences that you read on here won't happen to you then don't be fooled. I stupidly went with my heart when I saw a nice shiney tv for sale for £100 less than anywhere else on the Internet or high street, but looking back now I would have much rather paid that extra £100 to avoid all this hassle. Firstly I was advised I would receive my tv In 3-5 working days it was swiftly dispatched I was thinking great! 5 days later having checked my tracking information daily my tv is still stuck in Germany. The tracking information is truely terrible it doesn't tell you a thing, I tried contacting pixmania via email, I waited 48 hours and had no response! I then phoned them say on the phone ran through all sorts of questions then was told no one was available to take my call and the system hung up on me! This was at 3 in the afternoon! So I wasted a load of money there. I finally got an email pointing out my tracking information ignoring everything else I wrote, I already had the tracking information I wasn't disputing that I was disputing the fact that t hadn't moved in 5 days with no update! I am still waitin for my tv over a week later I am not confident whatsoever that it will turn up and neither am I confident that I will be able to get hold of this bogus company to get a refund. Total disaster from start to finish, believe these reviews! This company needs shutting down!

So after reading the awful reviews about this company I was hesitant to even order from them. However they were the only ones that sold the item, a graphics card, at such a low price. I would have had to pay an extra £50 for the graphics card I wanted from else where!

Postage is expensive although still makes the order cheaper than else where! So I placed my order and done the fastest delivery option. Claimed £6 back from topcashback as well!

When I went to my orders there were 3 orders, all the same! I believe this was just a technical issue as only one was processed, I then cancelled the other 2 orders and checked my bank account, all good!

Item came from Germany via UPS and was well packaged and was in a sealed box! Item works perfectly, hopefully I wont need the 2 year warranty as I hear warranties can be an issue with pixmanias customer support!

Now enjoying my item, cant fault pixmania, I believed they were terrible but they have proved me wrong! Take the risk and you can grab a bargain! :)

NEVER EVER Trust this company!
I ordered a 5.1 surround system..... only to find speakers, stands, bases, cables and screws missing.
Want the missing parts sent or a full refund with no returns costs coming out of my pocket.

I ordered a TV from them and also bought their VIPix Loyalty Card so that I would get free delivery for 12 months.

But, they charged me delivery anyway and now refuse to answer emails and charge me 5p a minute to call them...which then eventually says that no-one is currently available!

Be very careful...

So, I managed to get through to them by phone and glad that I did, as (learning from other reviews) I asked them if the TV was UK compatible...and it is not!

It is written in a very obscure place on their website rather than a bold warning. I have cancelled the order and they have promised me a refund.

This company cannot be trusted - DO NOT USE THEM!!

Read all the bad reviews for pixmania on here and put my purchase off for over a week but was unable to find mobile available anywhere else at anywhere near the price and eventually ordered on a Wednesday with standard £6 delivery and it arrived from France to me here in uk Friday 1 pm! Tracking worked perfectly letting me know courier had package Thursday and that it was in uk and out for delivery Friday morning. Phone is great, very pleased and will be using pixmania again.

I saw this TV on Richer Sounds which are usually the best price, a quick Google and the same TV was £60 cheaper on Pixmania (although admittedly, Richer Sounds offer a 5yr Guarantee in the price and Free delivery compared to £19.90 delivery from Pixmania). Too good to be true I thought? And the reviews of Pixmania were very scary. But still, I went ahead. Saving money is almost an obsession.

And guess what? No problems at all. Delivered within 3 days. No issues with stock, no missing deliveries, the correct item, undamaged.

Very pleased.

I've only given 4-stars, and not 5, because I missed the Fed-Ex delivery and they called to say they'd redeliver to my work address the next day, but still delivered it to my neighbour instead. Also, the "Countdown Sale Offer" is a akin to one of those High Street Shops that is always having a 'Closing Down' sale. I bought this TV on a countdown sale with a further "April" discount code, and a little disappointed to find there is 'another' countdown sale on at the moment and the TV has been reduced by a further £10.

Also, I have no idea what the customer service will be like if the TV suddenly catches fire or stops working.

Other than that, this is a positive review to say that Pixmania probably aren't a bunch of crooks trying to steal your money.
