Absolutely spot on. There's alot of bad press going around about Pixmania, but they seem to have gotten their act together. I paid via PayPal, just incase something screwed up down the line, but no issues all. You've got to remember the majority of people who leave reviews about a company that they've had a bad experience with, tend to leave negative reviews, more than customers who submitted positive reviews.

I ordered a SAMSUNG UE32J5100 - LED TV, for £230 including delivery on Wednesday the 22/07/15. It arrived that following Friday morning (24/07/15), without any issues.

The TV I did receive was an European version, this was stated on their website. Now this came with a 2 pin plug, but Pixmania supplied a 3 Pin UK adapter, so no issues there. I didn't actually use the plug supplied with the TV. The electric current intake is the same as a standard TV so I just used a spare figure of 8 UK lead/plug I had lying around. The TV menu's were all in English, so no issues there either.

Fast delivery, with tracking , cheap. Very happy with my TV and the service they provided. No issues at all. Will use again.

Ordered a blu Ray player in early May. Didn't arrive (after waiting for about 10 days) due to them making a mistake on my address details (I double checked what I entered at checkout and it was correct on the confirmation email so definitely their fault) so I asked them for a refund (which I had to get a manager on the phone to authorise... "I haven't rec'd my product so can you refund me" "well we haven't got it either so no"... I kid you not!) and subsequently ordered another player from somewhere else. Then today, I get an email saying that I have received the product on the 9th of June according to their records and I can either return it or repay for it. So I scratch my head in disbelief and think back to mid June. I then recall receiving a torn flimsy brown box with an EU to UK power adapter rattling around in it which was most confusing at the time as there was no documentation included in the box. So I have emailed them asking whether they would like the EU to UK power adapter returning if this is the parcel they are referring to. Useless idiots. No doubt the actual product has been half inched in the month it spent in Hermes network due to their idiocy in entering a postcode (take note pixmania... All UK postcodes have only ONE number in the latter half). Do not use pixmania! There was a time when they were good... Back in about 2005... But like all companies that get too big too quick... They become bloated idiots with a serious lack of customer service.

This was my first dealing with Pixmania.

I ordered an LG Soundplate 440 on July 14th for scheduled delivery on July 17th. Upon following the delivery tracking link, I saw the status as "Not Delivered - Address Query". I contacted Pixmania Customer service at 09:45 informing them of the problem. At 13:04, I received a receipt confirmation followed at 14:02 by an email repeating what I had already told them.

Despite a follow up by me, Pixmania have not had the courtesy to respond any further.

Because of this lack of response, I then took matters into my own hands with the courier company and eventually arranged for the goods to be delivered today (July 19th).

Needless to say, I shall never do business with Pixmania again.

I've been sent the wrong item which took over a week to arrive. Sent the Xperia z3 compact (white) instead of the Xperia z3 (Black), a difference in value of at least £50.

I order a TV from Pixmania - it was a 40" Samsung Smart TV and £100 cheaper than anywhere else. I was skeptical but went for it ... and then was alarmed when I read the reports on here.

Well, I guess I was lucky as everything went as smooth as silk. The only things - it came with a two pin to three pin adapter which was not a problem, and it was set up for the European market but as I don't watch TV other than streaming services it was not personally a problem for me.

Not bad for £100 cheaper than UK retailers, if you're happy with a Euro-fied TV.

Had 2 televisions both not working properly, within 2 weeks, now ignoring me as i need to return the second faulty tv, The thieving bas ****s have stolen 600 euros of my money.

I originally ordered Panasonic Lumix FZ45 camera on Pixmania with Marketplace seller Latech. After 3 days I went into MyAccount page on Pixmania which showed "no orders" in my history depsite receiving email confirmation of the order. I had to contact Pixmania twice to find out that the seller had cancelled the order but I had not been informed. I went back onto Pixmania and it was now showing at a higher price on sale with Pixmania. I ordered the product a second time, and it was delivered promptly. However, I had to go a 30-mile round trip to collect from the delivery company they use (Yodel) and when I picked it up the outer box was already opened with no paperwork inside. Product box was fine and product seems to be working well.

I paid 880 pounds, the chepest one in UK was 1300 in Currys.

TV is working perfect, no problems at all.

Good contact with customer service about tracking my parcel.

I don't understand how a big company like Pixmania can allow Nigerian Internet Scammers to use their site. I thought that the sellers are chosen with case!!

The seller is FANGEL EUROPE and they are a complete scam.

All the newest SAMSUNG products are being "sold" by this scammer.

Pixmania doesn't do anyting about this, it makes them scammers too.

I have been trying to cancel my order for 4 days now, Emails, Phone & even on twitter no reply from pixmania at all, only automatic email response but never the promised customer service contact. Turns out a lot of the tvs they sell haven't got HD freeview tuners only SD freewview. Seems to me they have no customer service just automated emails and a recorded phone service..
Rubbish service so far!!

Bought a mobile phone 2 weeks ago, it was handled by one of their marketplace sellers. Haven't received the item and they will not help me or discuss it with me they just fob me off and tell me I have to sort it with the seller. Seller not responding!

On Amazon when you buy something through their marketplace if you have a problem they sort it they don't fob you off. Will never buy from them again and suggest you don't either!

Great service returning customer could not fault the service including the delivery service which was carried out by Drummond Distribution the driver was more than helpful host smart and friendly.
It took 5 days from Germany where it was made and compared to the sites I saved over £400 it was worth the weight.

Also my sound bar was only £89 compared to uk prices I was half the price.

Horrible company - Paid for express delivery 24-48 hour delivery. This was 4-5 days ago, still waiting to receive it. Called up multiple times and very difficult to actually talk to the company. Sent emails each day too. I finally managed to speak to someone and they tell me that I just have to wait? They do not know where my order is. I explained ok - Well i require a refund for my delivery since I paid for a fast service that has not been supplied. The lady on the phone "Eva" explained to me that she was aware I would not receive the order in time and I have to just wait for it to arrive. I asked to speak to the manage as I should never have been sold express delivery if they knew they could not supply that service. She refused to put me through to her manager. Told me there is nothing else that she can do. I continuously asked to be put through to someone else and refused this right everytime. I am at a loss with the company as a whole as I can not actually get proper customer service or support to resolve the issue. You have to just sit and wait? I am now looking at the best authorities to contact to get support on dealing with the business.

AVOID this company!

I bought a LG Sound bar from Pixmania. It was a faulty product from the start. I thought OK its guaranteed from 12 months no problem! WRONG!

It turns out to NOT be guaranteed by the maker but by Pixmania. So you have to send it back to them in France. They then take weeks and weeks checking it over - yer right - and finally they tell you it could be a long time yet. So want your money refunded or continue to wait? I said ok refund. They refused however to refund any postage because the unit was faulty. Eh?

Do yourself a big favour just pay more and buy from UK dealer.

The user manuals are all in spanish and they dont tell you this before you buy are all camera manuals in spanish ???? been trying to get one in english for 2 months now !!!!

I have purchased twice from Pixmania and both times my delivery was prompt and the product was as described. Would recommend.

I was so scared to buy samsung home cinema system after reading online review about pixmania but I took a risk and dont regret it so far and hope I will never regret it because I do not want to deal with their customer service calling them. The product is great and deliver within 3 days I was so shock to come and see my order had been delivered of course they said it on their website that order will be delivered withing 3 days but I was in a doubt. I was thinking of not getting my order until 2 weeks or something but the concern is it French language but if you can manage to go to settings and change it to English then you are cool to go. The home cinema works great and give a fantastic sound. I will definitely order from this company again. They are cool or maybe I should say I am one of the lucky one lol.

Ok the first thing to remember is Pixmainia is a French company, and like Amazon Marketplace, Play and Ebay have plenty of "Partner" sellers who use Pixmania websites to sell there products. These compannies can be anywhere in Europe and that is the gripe, as not all of these companies offer the same levels of service. I had 3 products ordered, 1 from Pix themselves, and 2 from different sellers.
1 seller cancelled my order (without warning or contact), the other did not send dispatch details. Pixmania will helpful in getting me all the information and were able to sort my querries out.
Now Pixmania themselves was the interesting bit. I had a motherboard ordered from them which they sent no issues. WHen I got it the unit would not power up the CPU. I did a number of tests, and spoke to Manufacture as they are in the UK and I thought it would be quicker. When we confirmed the motherboard was the issue I was to send it back to Pixmania.
Even though it was outside the 14 day return rule Pix agreed to replace (not repair) the motherboard, and gave me a pre-paid UPS return slip. THe minute they saw it enroute to them in France a replacement Motherboard was sent.
The customer service I recieved was good and helpful in resolving my issue.
The only problem I had was they used Hermes for delivery which was a nightmare as they messed up and were unhelpful.
I have used Pixmania years ago without issues and I am happy with the help I got them from, and they were priced competitivly compared to other sites and I would use them again.
