Excellent, prompt service from Zoe when transfering an account from one site to the other.

Alison comes to service our plants and we get great service from her. Our office is mainly used for hot desking so it is often not open before 9am, and sometimes not open at all on various days. Alison always drops me a message to make sure someone will be there before she comes- which is really appreciated!
She is friendly and chatty and looks after the plants well, she is always able to sort out a replacement if there is an issue.

In a world where we only post/ highlight negativity I’d like to take this opportunity to communicate our praise for Timmy from PHS Greenleaf. Everybody in the office looks forward to seeing Timmy when he comes to service our plant displays; always so professional, full of advice and knowledge and not to forget his dimples!

Excellent professional service for our head office Christmas tree. Zoe was responsive and helpful throughout, the quoting process was straightforward and the product delivery and removal was unobtrusive. The tree itself looked great and was reasonably priced. Many thanks!

Terrible substandard service and products. Not what was paid for. Dying plants with fungal gnats installed within the building and the grounds workers were messy, leaving green waste, rude inconsiderate of staff whilst they were on site. Didn’t feel like a professional outfit at all. The ground workers seemed annoyed they’d had to drive for longer to get here then the job would take. Avoid and find a company that will take pride in what they do.

Nick our plant man was very helpful and professional, always a pleasure to have him on site. Always look forward to his visits to the site. A great guy.

Efficient Friendly Staff.

Nick came today to put up our xmas tree and its beautiful. All and all fantastic service from this company. Steph was brilliant too who organised it all for us. Would definitely recommend.

Toby! Was great he came to Finchley David Lloyd and did such an amazing job! He was so friendly and a really hard worker.

Just had a visit at the pub I work in by Toby and Adam. They did an amazing job sorting out the car park. The difference is night and day. Highly reccomend

Barry Horrigan visited today and sorted out a broken pipe that was resulting in withering hanging baskets, all now fixed and looking better already. Great customer service, thank you.

We had our office plants installed yesterday by Jeff Higham & Malcolm Hall and I had many comments to say how good they looked. It has made a huge difference to our office space.

Donny the Representative from Greenleaf is so lovely. He is very pleasant, makes sure I always have the right air freshner and nothing is every an issue for him.
Would also like to say that Andy who covered Perth when I worked there, was a top class guy. He had time for everyone and he went out his way for cclients.

I ordered a Winter Frosty 7ft from Greenleaf, I must say both the tree, and the driver were exceptional.

They arrived to install the tree on a pre-agreed date and time, and on the day I had a pre-call to say they were on their way.

The lady who delivered named Leanne Perri, was the biggest ambassador ever for PHS and unlike most delivery drivers didn't leave until I was 100% happy, I was happy instantly, she installed the tree, removed the protective cover, plumped the branches, rearranged the star at the top and made sure before she left the tree looked amazing.

The tree is stunning, and Leanne's commitment and passion is EXCEPTIONAL

We had a visit today from one of the new techs Paul, who did a great job, showed fantastic knowledge and received great feedback from the client
