A good experience working with PHS who supply some baling equipment to us. Adam Copperwheat in particular has been great to deal with, collaborative and responsive to our needs.

Gavin was great
Gavin was great. Explained what had gone wrong & how to stop it happening again. Fixed the baler & found another fault which I was able to log while he was doing the original work order. New job was sent through while Gavin was on site & he fixed there & then. Great polite & friendly fast service. 👍🏻

Contacted PHS and within 1 hour, Steve & Gavin turned up and sorted the problem. They also carried out a training session to avoid the original final cause of problem. Excellent service from both.
