PAT testing was done by Johnathan Bates he was very efficient with no disruptions to clinical or reception staff. Very friendly easy to talk too nothing was too much for him very pleased with how it all went.

I recently arranged PAT testing and microwave emissions testing for several Students’ Union buildings through PHS Compliance and received excellent support from Hollie Sumner throughout the process.
From the initial quotation through to processing the order, Hollie was responsive, helpful and incredibly patient while dealing with amendments, multiple building locations, account setup requirements and various bits of paperwork. Every query was answered quickly and communication was clear throughout.
When there were a few delays around setting up the credit account, Hollie kept chasing internally and kept me updated, ensuring everything continued to move forward. The order has now been processed and the planning team are arranging the testing dates.
