Items insured are only itemised by price?!?

Why is there no way of tagging each item insured with a name or description, or even a date purchased. Keeping your list of insured items up to date, and adding or removing items, is massively inconvenient in time consuming.

It’s a well worn phrase but they did what was on the tin.

Great company, i've used them for years. When I had an accident and dropped a lens, they fixed it for a reasonable price and quickly too. Every time i've called i've had to wait no more than 5 minutes to speak to an agent and the agents have always been friendly. And the last thing that made me want to review this company, i'm having to sell my gear due to the cost of living crisis and was expecting a hefty fee to cancel my policy. Not at all, £10 fee and they actually refund you for the months outstanding on the 1 year policy, amazing! Would never see car insurance people doing that, thanks!

Very quick and easy to use service, with a competitive price. Everything was clearly explained with regards to my insurance.

Having not made any claims since I started with them they tried to rip me off with a hike in their price. When I told them I would go elsewhere they suddenly came to their senses and lowered the price significantly. Very poor business practice.

Broke my lens after falling down put it in for repair after speaking to photoguard they have covered the repair costs no problem great insurance company for photographers.

Ps take lots or pictures of your gear with the serial numbers showing this makes things alot easier for the insurance company.

Updated my policy and renewed it very easily, good customer service.
