Went in today asked one of the staff members for some advice on the hair products , ciara very horrible attitude not helpful at all very rude , I don’t think she is happy to be working in there this was over in blanchardstown village .

I ordered click and collect set of shampoo, conditioner and leave-in from the website 7 days ago. Never got an update to pick it up or a reply to my emails, or a refund 🤡

I recently booked an appointment at Peter Mark to get my roots done and specifically mentioned that I have tape-in extensions since cancer treatment and the extensions were my own hair. I drove 45 minutes to the salon two days later, having arranged for a babysitter, only to be told that they couldn’t do my roots because of my extensions. This was incredibly frustrating as I had been clear about the extensions when I booked, and no one mentioned it would be an issue.

This experience not only cost me time and a long drive, but also the expense and effort of arranging childcare. I wish there had been better communication upfront, as it would have saved me a lot of trouble. I’d suggest that Peter Mark review their booking policies to ensure clients are fully informed of any limitations before the appointment.

I went in for my toner appointment and she said i don’t have a patch test… i did my patch test just a few days before on my arm and i made the booking cuz i had a really important event and I wanted my hair to look great.. and was not my problem or my fault that they didn’t put in the computer the patch test .. I had a very bad morning and i’m never coming back for anything to Peter Mark… I used to buy form there all my hair care and everything :) never again after this exeperience.. they could at least offer a free blow dry cuz was not my fault what happened !!! (this was in blanchardstown)

Went today to get my badly needed colour and my stylist Chloe in Peter Mark Arklow, did a great job. I feel like me again and am delighted with the colour and cut. Thanks Chloe, happy customer today

Had an amazing hair cut last Friday in Peter Marks nutgrove shopping centre, Lindsey was so friendly ,professional and talented, absolutely love my hair cut and she just knew 💯 how to style my hair. Perfection,so grateful

So happy with my new bob haircut done last night by Toni in Blanchardstown Shopping Centre Salon she is a brilliant stylist best haircut I have had in years ✂️

Went in for a few layers told the girl I was growing it, ended up with a mullet…great now I have to wait for it to grow and it cost me €56 for the bad job…won’t be going back

I had my highlights done by Amy in the Bray salon, she was a fantastic hairdresser and I'm so pleased with my colour, I will definitely be booking again.

Toni is highly experienced and as my stylist she has great cutting and colour expertise.
I would highly recommend her to anyone looking for a great cut and colour.

I look like crap i asked for layers and my hair looks like an upside down bowl I never want to leave my room again I mean she was nice but not good at her job I recommend Sarah she is the only good one

went in on Friday for a strand test . was told by two hair dressers it was perfect and I could get balayage so they booked me in and I could get it done after my patch test so 48 hours after . I came back the following Tuesday to be told the strand test wasn’t on my account after me telling her I had it she insisted on doing one again and then saying I couldn’t get highlights when my appointment was booked in for balayage which I wouldn’t be able to booked without strand test . such a disgrace and waste of my time and so disappointing since I’ve been growing my hair out for so long and was so excited. Surely there system should be more organised and if two hairdressers said i was able surely that’s enough.

What should have been the perfect day at my sons wedding turned into a nightmare. A beautiful trainee started my up style. We discussed in detail the look I wanted. Halfway through a senior stylist who was so rude and obnoxious to the trainee told her to go to another client. She ruffled my hair plastered it with hairspray and said oh aren't I a genius. Despite pleading with her to fix it she just kept saying it was gorgeous. I am still shocked by her behaviour and how horrendous my hair was.

No reply by email from enquiries or Customer services. Feedback I sent was about Peter Marks in general.

Genuinely only giving one star to leave a review. For my wedding in December 2019 I unfortunately got extensions put in, in this Salon and bought all the products necessary to care for them. Came back from my honeymoon with my extensions in a bag! I was directed to Customer Service were the woman was awful. I frequently attend a different PM Salon for my colour and this Salon is outstanding 👌 but unfortunately my stylist is on maternity leave and reluctantly I made an appointment with Peter Marks Liffey Valley and was given an appointment and then I called them back and was admonished by the Receptionist Gemma, literally in shock because I complained about my extensions she told me I could only attend for a blow dry and was so rude! I am extremely disappointed with the Ethos that if your not happy with a service Peter Marks Liffey Valley Bar You?????? We have just come through a Pandemic and fortunately Dublin is saturated with 5 star Salons and thankfully I have found one. Genuinely as a customer you are supposed to look forward and enjoy going to the Hairdressers not receive the verbal I did!

Also Head Office don't care about clients! The email I received was so cold and not apologetic. Dublin has so many 5 star Hairdressers and Peter Marks Liffey Valley isn't even a 1 star!
