All staff members are amazing they know what they are doing. I am so happy I registered my children with perfect smile camberley.

My dentist only works a Tuesday or a Thursday. This makes it incredibly difficult to negotiate work and get an appointment so I don’t fall off the NHS register. I arrived promptly for my appointment today on my lunch hour. I could barely get in through the door because there were so many people in the waiting room. Only one receptionist dealing with people checking in, the phone and people paying their bill/booking follow up appointments (she was doing a great job). I then get told there is a 30 minute delay. Great. When I finally got into my appointment, the dentist didn’t apologise for the wait or the delay. The dentist nurse handed me a pair of glasses that were dripping wet, the chair was also wet from the sanitiser from the previous client. I was in there for a total of 3 minutes, maybe 4 if I was being generous. £27.90. I didn’t even get a scale and polish, it’s a real sad state of affairs. I’ve come to this dentist for nearly 25 years and it’s definitely not as good as it used to be but I’d argue that maybe this is just how dentist surgeries are these days.

Excellent NHS dental service at Hammersmith. Teams are all friendly and helpful and booking process is efficient. Access is great to. Receipts are also emailed which is great.

This was my daughter first ever denist trip, she loved it. All the staff are very welcoming and friendly.

The staff are very friendly and helpful whilst staying professional. My dentist John puts me at ease. I am always very nervous at the dentist.
The stairs are a trial and soon I won't be able to climb them. That means I will have to change to a different dentist on the street level. I do not think this is fair. They need a lift.

The dental surgery is looking very nice and the waiting room was comfortable. I had a new lady who was very pleasant but she did talk very quite but did a thorough check of my mouth and under chin around jaw

£55.80 for myself and my husband and we were each in the chair for barely a minute. No proper examination, just a brief comment on the obvious issues. After waiting years for a NHS appointment, it felt a complete waste of money. The receptionist was lovely and helpful, but we left disappointed.
