Reception staff were polite and efficient. Dentist and dental nurse very informative and explained options for my treatment. Very impressed

I have been attending Perfect Smile in Hammersmith for a number of years and it was an excellent practice with excellent receptionists, dental nurses and dentists. Then it started to change the dentists started leaving , the reception staff completely changed and the new ones were condescending , rude, phones wouldn't get answered for an interminable long time then I phoned in Mar 2026 for an appt. and was told my dentist had relocated to outside of London and I said I didn't believe a word of it but ordinarily I wouldn't have gone back and I would have attempted to find my dentist Dr.Chiara Pinnnock but I was having to deal with my brother who had taken sick and was getting worse so I thought let me go see a dentist and start looking as soon as I could for Dr. Pinnock. So I attended on the 20th Mar 2026 and asked the receptionist what had happened to my dentist as I didn't believe she had relocated out of London and she replied that is what she had been told and I said that is what she had been told to say but I would get to the bottom of it and I would locate my dentist. So by April 2026 my bro was improving slightly so I decided to look in May 2026 for my dentist then a friend unexpectedly died and I had to process that so after a few days I started looking for my dentist . I tried various things but was getting nowhere and then I found her she was still working in the other practice in SE London as she worked there a few days a week and had worked in Perfect Smile a few days. a week. So I went to see her and she told me she had left for various reasons. She wanted to let her patients know by email but the practice wouldn't allow it. This practice has behaved unprofessionally and despicably as they didn't want Dr.Pinnock's patients leaving and I wouldn't stay as I only remained for my dentist.

Perfect smile .from the minute u walk i. The door u are greeted with the most loveliest girls very friendly and helpful
What can i say about my dentist she is fabulous

They tell you every step of the way what they are doing .they make u feel at ease
And they are so funny specially DR SACHI
I would deff 100% reccomend

I had been attending this practice for many years and it had excellent staff ie receptionists , practice manageress , for the West London clinics the general manageress , hygienists, dental nurses and dentists. Then mysteriously it was constantly evolving staff especially at the reception desk who were condescending, rude, did not answer phones and when I phoned to make an appt. I was told my dentist Dr. Chiara Pinnock had left the practice and moved out of London and I didn't believe any of it and told the receptionist on the phone that I would find out the truth and locate my dentist. So I made an appt. and told the receptionist at the desk when I booked in that I didn't believe my dentist had relocated outside London.she replied that is what she had been told and I told her no I don't believe it, I suspect she knew the truth and was told to tell myself and others that the dentist had relocated or whether she didn't know and was told to tell them she had relocated I suspect the former. So I then decided to try to find my dentist as it was only her I wanted so eventually I found her and as I guessed she had not relocated she had left of her own volition for various reasons. I asked how could she not have told us and she said she wanted to let her clients know by email but the practice refused. How utterly despicable of them because they did not want to lose clients well they would have lost me anyway as I only attended for Dr. Chiara who was by far the best there and if people are interested all they have to do is google search her and she will be found.

Seen as planned, given good advice and offered the opportunity to ask questions.

Efficient experienced staff. Gentle effective treatment. Comfortable surroundings.

I can only give the highest praise possible for the Muswell Hill branch as all the staff are amazing. I saw Hamid, the hygienist, and as always, he is brilliant. He has a wonderful caring manner, does a great job, and always listens to anything you need to say or ask. It is a pleasure to interact with the staff, and the manager, who go above and beyond to ensure everything is perfect. Thank you team!!

The dentist Hemir hijar and his assistant were great the experience was nice and over in no time 👌

The Hygenist and nurse were lovely and made sure I was comfortable the whole time. It’s not the nicest experience but she was very gentle and at the age of 57 I now know how to clean my teeth properly 😂

There was no delay with my appointment. Was shown through to dentist , who introduced himself in a friendly manner. Mr Allen listened to my concerns and examined my teeth & gums ..He offered practical advice , . He was very easy to talk too
