Poor customer service
Order arrived promptly. Noticed spray bottle neck not level but the spray worked then 2 days later the whole spray mechanism came off spilling the contents. Sent 2 emails to customer service but no response from them . Very disappointing.

Easy online ordering and fast delivery. One thing I think should be considered is the amount of packaging used. Over the top and not necessary. Even after all the packaging the product box itself was damaged but thankfully the product was ok. Maybe more care is to be given to the
actual product and it's original packaging before boxing up for delivery.
All that being said I would still order from the company and hope constructive criticism is taken into account and changes made.

A little disappointed
Well I love your products but mine arrived in a big mess. My front porch was covered in soap. It did smell good I will admit but it was a mess to clean up and the product was ruined. I don’t think it was properly packaged. But it could have been the delivery company.

My purchase order on 06/14/2025 was directed to the wrong address in another city I paid the full amount plus an expedited delivery! Contacted FedEx they replied that the delivery address was a mistake made by Pecksniff. Still waiting for this purchase to be resolved.

Firstly, my order had turned up damaged and the contents had all leaked in the box. I received bottles half full.
Secondly, I queried the advertised discount that wasn't included in my order.
Thirdly, I got in touch with customer service but got zero response.
