A little damage to packaging does not affect product
Ordered one day delivered next. Container had a slight dent but bottle of perfume was intact. Saved £45

Caution
I am very disappointed with my experience with Scent Outlet. I ordered several perfumes that were advertised as genuine. After receiving them, I became concerned that they were not authentic because of the packaging, scent, and overall quality compared with genuine versions I have previously owned.
I contacted customer service to raise my concerns and request a resolution, but I have not received a response. As a customer, I expected better communication and support.
This was my personal experience, and I would advise anyone considering buying from this company to do their own research before placing an order.

This was my first time using this company....I am so impressed and will definitely be buying again . I have already recommended this company to family and friends . The boxes were absolutely fine . I know I could buy again and they not be boxed but I will make gift sets up with any unboxed items . Fantastic delivery too. I work for cancer research so will be buying the smaller items to make up prizes for fund raising ..AMAZING COMPANY . Highly recommend

Nightmare customer service!!
Nightmare! Whilst I understand the discount is for damaged boxes one of my perfume bottles arrived with a lot of perfume missing due to it leaking, the metal trim on the bottle was also detached.
I contacted customer services asking for a replacement, they then ask me to return with original packaging in tact, well duh I'd opened it to discover the damage. Then I said, again, I'd like a replacement, they then said yeah we will provide this when we recieve the item. So I go on their website and its out of stock. When I queried this the 3rd adviser said it meeds to be returned with the cellophane in tact at my cost.
So I still have it having given up with the incompetent and lying customer service thia company has 🤦🏽♀️
The price is great and products are genuine but heavens forbid you have a problem with the order!!!
