Pearlzilla 

I am still waiting on a refund for a returned item that I ordered on 18 August and it is now November. The dresses on the website look so much better than the real product, fabric is of inferior quality and little care is taken in the stitching of the item. The products are made in Hong Kong and very difficult to return and achieve a refund. The refund and return policy on the website is misleading.

I also had to have the charge disputed on my credit card as they will not give me a return address for returns. Told me they needed a picture and SKU in order to get it and then stopped responding once I sent it! DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM! Merchandise is very cheap!

The quality is horrible. The sizes are not true. When trying to return I am given quite the run around. They are not straight forward in providing a return address. I am contacting my credit card company and will continue to demand a return as stipulated on their website.

Ordered a shirt that arrived weeks later and is the cheapest piece of material sewn together that I have ever seen. Looks nothing like modeled on their website. Is a total joke.

After waiting over a month for a top it is nothing like the own I ordered is a cheap piece of crap. This Group seem to use different names but the clothes are horrendous do not wast your money
I am so very disappointed that i have been conned.

Do not purchase from this company! They will not refund your money when you return items and the clothes do not fit like they look in the pictures.

Nothing was as it looked, took forever and when I asked for return information. They stated they needed pictures of the items out of the package- trying to get me to take them out of the bags when I didn’t even open the bags because the shirts were so glaringly cheap. Luckily I bought through PayPal and filed a despute so they offered half of my money back because return shipping back to China was expensive and they would charge me for it anyway. Don’t waste your money!! Pearlzilla is a scam!

Terrible service!
The item my mother ordered didn't fit her right, no one's fault, but as they instructed us we immediately sent it back to them with package tracking. 6 months later and about 20 email in our mutual correspondence, the refund was still not given as promised. This was before they changed their name from wakasia to pearlzill, to avoid all the bad reputation they rightfully got no doubt.

I’d give a ZERO! Blouses arrived late, all size medium. They either appeared way too small and one so big like a dress. The material is very cheap and non breathable! I returned all items next day to the address listed “return address” and tracked the package. They want to offer a 50% refund because they said I sent the package to the wrong address. The address is owned by a trucking Co. E Logisitcs and has all Chinese domain creators. There is no known address or contacts! Wish I’d done my research first. BIG SCAM, DONT BUY FROM PEARLZILLA! In addition, PAYPAL and CC companies are here to protect you! I filed a dispute with my CC company and they have my back, already issued a pending refund and will handle this website! Paypal will also back you so dont wait for Pearlzilla, file the dispute with your payment option used and let's make them accountable since they have no info on the site to resolve these issues! Also if the CC knows they can watch for future unlawful purchases from them!

Absolutely a scam. Not sure why they bother even sending these strange, tiny blouses made out of what feels like plastic that are basically impossible to return. Stay away!

This business is a scam. They took my money and did not deliver the blouses I ordered. Then they said one was "unavailable" but that it would "take several weeks to process your refund on PayPal." A lie. I cancelled the entire order and asked PayPal to refund me. I sure wish I had read the reviews before purchasing.

To add insult to injury, a "customer representative" e-mails back and says things like "I'm sorry I cannot help you. Have a blessed day."

Disgraceful!

DO NOT BUY - products are NOTHING like advertised. Definitely a scam! Definitely false advertising. Absolutely disgusting! When complained to CS for returns and refund spoke to 12 new and different people having to explain from the start. Materials are just awful you would never wear them. Sewing is so bad, threads hanging everywhere and not straight. Made in such odd shapes wouldn’t fit a normal body. They don’t care and don’t refund so don’t bother. Worst experience ever!!

Buyer beware!
Clothing is poor quality, misleading sizing, the models wearing these clothes must be a size 0 - if you are size 0-2 these clothes may fit you.
Lastly, shipping took over 30 days and one shirt has yet to arrive.
Instead of shipping back I donated the clothes due to difficulties with Customer Service responses, not worth the frustrations. Contacted my cc company for fraudulent sales. I hope I will receive refund for 1 shirt not received especially since pearlzilla said shipped in August.

Definitely fraudulent in their practices, you get the run around for a return as their clothes are very cheaply made and are cut to fit a small person -made in China. Very disappointed they can open up new web shops so easily and rip people off. They DO NOT tell you where to return items, so basically you are out the money spent if the items does not fit or is damages as was my case.

This company should have no stars.
The dresses received are not the same. They are different material and not as the pictures on the website stipulated.Badly made and obviously copied by a seamstress. Disgusting!

It's all a scam. Do not buy anything from this website. All my items came and are made from awful fabric and extremely uncomfortable. I have emailed 11 times trying to return them and have had 9 fake emails back using a different name each time asking me to state the problem of my order, which I have already stated numerous times. I strongly advise you to not use them and report them. Awful website.

TERRIBLE! No returns at all. It is a sham company run out of China acting like it is American. Cheap, horrible clothing that you get stuck with because they disappear when you try to contact customer service.

Cheap, terrible quality to their clothing. They state in the returns and refund policy is ‘within a week’ but good luck finding someone to respond to emails and a phone call to a number in Compton, CA.
I cannot find the process to return nor an address to return to.
The worst!!
