I would also give minus stars .. i ordered two knitted cardigans . They arrived and are not made from knitted material. They are made from sweat shirt material.. they are ugly and unshaprly not as described . The company change there name regularly to avoid criticism . I have requested a refund but heard nothing .. buyers be warned this is absolute rubbish .. disgusting rip off for poor quality goods

ABSOLUTELY AWFUL! I dont even think they go by this name any longer. I bought $450 worth of clothing, didnt receive the items for 6 weeks, I told them to cancel my order and refund me, they didnt. Items came sporadically throughout the next few months, I didnt even receive all of the items for which I paid. I asked where to send the items back and they told me some strange address is CA. I questioned this address and they said to send it to that address, so I did. I paid $40 to return the items. I didnt hear from anyone and no credit was provided still after 2 weeks. I reached back in touch with them and STILL, 7+ MONTHS LATER, I DONT HAVE A REFUND!! I went to my bank and they said too much time had past in order to receive a refund from the bank. I went to PAYPAL and they're giving me the runaround! I've tried to communicate with PEARLZILLA and they arent responding now. UNBELIEVABLE. I bought $450 worth, I dont have ANYTHING and still NO REFUND!

Ordered 2 tops, 2 months ago. Received email to say due to CoronaVirus situation in China there will be further delays and they’re trying to source from Cambodia. I’ve replied to the email but it bounces back undelivered as email address not valid.

Sure it’s mentioned in other reviews. They are even offering you $10 off your next purchase to try and make you buy again and fall for the scam.

I too would give negative stars if I could! This company is a total scam! BUYER BEWARE!! Do not order from here unless you want to get junk, that is if you ever get the items at all. They do not honor their return policy because I did read it before buying and I kept all the crap material that their items were shipped in. They will give you the run around for months in an effort not to refund your money even though they have already received your returned items! It is a scam and I’m trying to figure out how to battle them other than with a million back and forth emails with stupid con artists! I’m so angry and disappointed that I ever ordered here! This company sells total junk and are complete thieves!

Worst service I have ever had. would Do negative stars if I could. received the product that is not look like the photo on their site at all ! they want me to sent them the item at the original package . How ? It came with Cellophane . the customer service asked repeatedly to send them a photo of the item although i already send them ! keep asking for the same things I have Already sent! ignoring my e-mails for refund. Bad company will never do business and recommend you don’t either

Agree with all comments. No inforMation is provided on delivery and at the end I needed to cancel the order. After two months I haven't received my refund, noone responds. Really BAD!

Ser ut som mina plagg jag sydde i mellanstadiet på syslöjden. När du vill skicka tillbaka är de väldigt trevliga i mailen och erbjuder dig en de ena och en de andra. När du till slut får en returadress och skickar tillbaka skiten behåller de kläderna och dina pengar.

Do not buy anything from this company. I ordered weeks ago and have not been given a delivery date. I have asked three times and still no answer.

Horrendous company. When Items eventually turned up after waiting awhile, the items were horrendous, like a caricature of the item on site. I obviously then sent it back and I am still battling with them to get a refund. also fighting with paypal and felt obliged to leave my first ever review. I have brought from several sites from abroad, and although there has been the odd questionable item, doing the return hasnt been an issue.

Then they said they would give me 1/2 my $$ back Cuz of that. Now they want me to give them the SKU number that was on the clothes. How would I have That? I should never have broken my policy not to buy clothes online. This has been, and still is, a terrible experience. When I ordered, the anticipated delivery time was 10-15 working days. Having sent multiple emails to follow up, the package finally arrived over 3 months after my order date. Shocking delivery time.
I had carefully checked the dimensions before ordering and the sizing of this shirt is ridiculous - way too small, very short arms and very short in the body. I wouldn't be able to wear it at all. Also, the detail (collar, sleeves) is nothing like the (admittedly photo-shopped) photo on the website. Quality of fabric is cheap polyester. I have been asking for 2 weeks about the returns process - the website indicates you can return items but it does not seem as straight forward as this. I know that the postage to send the item back will be more than what they are prepared to reimburse me for - if anything at all!
I am very, very disappointed with this purchase, and even more annoyed with myself for breaking my rule about online shopping. I most definitely will not be shopping here again and wish I could get the word out there to others to be very cautious!

After waiting 3 months now for my full refund as promised when I return my items of purchase, the package is returned to me here in Australia. Not only I’m out of pocket for cheap unwearable clothes I also have to wear the $33 spent trying to post the clothes back. This is such a bad company and please DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THEM 😫

I would prefer to say NO stars unfortunately I agree with all of the bad reviews regarding Pearlzilla. Their clothing is very bad quality not at all like the pictures and when I tried to return the items I had the same trouble as everyone below.
This company is a SCAM operator.
Does anyone know a better way to get this information out to the public - to try and stop this company advertising???

They aren’t in America as they claim & my order never arrived, they are requesting I pay more to have the goods sent. I’m wanting to take this further to ensure they can’t advertise/trade in Australia somehow. I’m so annoyed, I’ve lost $200 😞

Agree with all the reviews - this is a disgusting fraud. The photos show embroidered dresses - what arrives is in cheap printed polyester almost feels like a shower curtain. You can not return the goods to China so they just continue to give you the run around. I have never encountered such deceptive dishonest behaviour. So frustrated they are allowed to trade in Australia. Please do not buy.

Total scam. Used to buy a dress and then got a fraud alert through Citi Bank and my account was cleared out.
