Letchworth Branch- exceptional customer service
I visited the Letchworth store today and was served by Lesley. She went above and beyond for me to find an item I wanted. The item was out of stock online and sold out in store. She searched for my size by looking at the availability in other stores and found the item at another store for me to collect. The staff in this store are proffessional , polite and patient. Looking for stock in other stores can be a lengthy process due to the system they use but she was only to pleased to help me out. She has reserved the item for me. Thank you so much Letchworth store. I will be picking my item up tommorrow from another branch.

Just visited the Minehead store where I was served by a very rude assistant. She didn’t greet me at anytime other than to ask if I wanted a bag. She spent the whole of the transaction chatting to her fellow assistant and who she was serving. No smile , abrupt no people skills. I won’t be visiting this store again.

Fabulous clothes and lovely staff
I visited your Dumbarton store on Saturday 23rd May to purchase some holiday clothes. When I reached the till, I commented on a pair of trousers I had selected.
Nieve began chatting with me and mentioned that the trousers came in different colours, kindly showing me the options. Knowing I had a Blue Light Card and would receive a discount, she confidently upsold two additional pairs.
Having worked in retail myself, I wanted to highlight how lovely, engaging, and genuinely skilled she is at her job. You have a little star ⭐️ in the making.

Received fantastic customer service today via the online chat with Zahra. I had placed an online order but hadn't received a confirmation email so was unable to track my parcel. In less than 5 minutes, Zahra had located my order and was able to confirm the order number and tracking details also Informing me that my parcel had already been delivered to the store and was awaiting collection.

Wrong item received
Wrong item received, chat were useless, had to pay for my return and increased postage fees for correct item as it was needed quickly. I was told I could claim for both the refund and the new delivery fee once they had item back. I have now been told I can get a 10% code off a new item but no refund on the latest order!! Very infuriating, lets see how long it takes for them to refund my postage for the return! The top when it arrived was ok shame about the customer service!

I bought 2 tops online knowing that if they did not fit i could return them to the store in Waltham Cross. When i went to the store the manager said that the returns machine had not been working for a few months so i had to send them back by post at my own cost. Why should i pay if the equipment is not working. I found the staff very unhelpful. I then had an appointment near the Hornsey Peacocks so was able to return there. I explained the situation to the manager and he informed me that the returns in WX had been out if action for a year. I rang customer services and they were also unhelpful. Compared to other shops like M&S who value their customers Peacocks is awful. Before you buy on line make sure you are able to return to a store

Disgrace
If I could give zero stars, I would. I have been waiting for a refund since January – yes, JANUARY – and it is now nearly six months later. Every single time I contact customer service, I get the same robotic, scripted lie: “We have processed your refund.” Processed it where? Into a black hole?
No money in my account. No proof of any transaction. Just empty promises and endless waiting. Peacocks has no problem taking your money instantly, but when it comes to giving it back? They’ll gaslight you for half a year and counting.
Do not trust them with a single penny. Their “customer service” is a revolving door of excuses, and their refund process is clearly a fantasy. I am now having to involve my bank and the ombudsman. Save yourself the stress, time, and money – shop literally anywhere else. Peacocks is a disgrace.
