I saw a raincoat on line and when i explained to the very friendly lady she knew exactly what i wanted and went upstairs to get it,very pleased with the service

I visited the Skegness store yesterday and had to return today to do an exchange. I received excellent customer service from Diane and Chris. They did the exchange and helped me with the app and with my loyalty card. Great service 👏

I would definitely recommend retailer Peacocks. I have purchased summer items in recent years and impressed with garments. It’s not a retailer would think to have shopped before. I sent request to be notified for a particular item in size 14 when back in stock. I was very impressed with speed of communication and customer service from Thomas. My experience with other retailers can take days to receive a response. Well done and thank you Thomas. Happy customer 😊

Always clean, spacious and well laid out, with a good range of clothing, making you want to try/buy items that you wouldn't do normally!

Purchased a set of 3 men's L boxer shorts, when I went to the counter to pay I was advised that these are "small" fitting and advised to buy the XL which I did. At home trying them on they were far far too big falling off me to the floor. Took them back the next day and they refused to swap them or credit me as I have opened the packet !!!!
I E mailed the customer care team (useless) and explained what had occurred and the staff refused to assist me.
There response was ( unbelievable) to take them back and see if they will swap or credit you....DUH !!!!

I stupidly ordered the wrong size dress online and had a web chat with Harrison who was very helpful and was able to cancel my order for me. Many thanks Harrison😊

Nope not happy with the rule, need a receipt that had the code on it. Even though the item of clothes had the price tag and code. Plus same woman who served me the day before. Plus I had the other receipt with my bank details. Nope cannot use that either. Well guess what will not be spending any money in this shop anymore. Ooh Exmouth shop !!!

Terrible customer service, Zahra was quite blunt and unhelpful, and eventually Harrison was able to refund my money after the package came almost a week late and items were missing. They did not offer to refund postage or credit my account for any returns as a gesture of goodwill either. It was such a hassle, and I have to say this company won't be getting my money again, as I just don't have the patience if anything goes awry again. They don't seem to want to take accountability for it or even offer a gesture of goodwill. Avoid if you can!

I had an excellent experience with Harrison on the Peacocks online web chat. Harrison couldn't have been more helpful when dealing with an issue where EVRi (surprisingly unhelpful) lost my order in transit... He was professional, understanding, and efficient throughout the process, taking the time to explain everything clearly and arranging a replacement order for me without any hassle.

What could have been a very frustrating experience was made much easier thanks to Harrison's outstanding customer service. He went above and beyond to help, and I am extremely grateful for his assistance. A real credit to the Peacocks customer service team.

Good service contacting Peacocks via on the online chat regarding a refund. A little slow but my query was resolved easily. Very courteous staff member.

There was an issue with the incorrect delivery address being used for my parcel. I had an online chat with Sakia customer services who immediately corrected the delivery address and I received a immediate update from Evri with the correct address, this only took a matter of minutes.

I was connected quick with Sakia at Peacocks and he sorted out my delivery concerns quickly and politely

I visited the Letchworth store today and was served by Lesley. She went above and beyond for me to find an item I wanted. The item was out of stock online and sold out in store. She searched for my size by looking at the availability in other stores and found the item at another store for me to collect. The staff in this store are proffessional , polite and patient. Looking for stock in other stores can be a lengthy process due to the system they use but she was only to pleased to help me out. She has reserved the item for me. Thank you so much Letchworth store. I will be picking my item up tommorrow from another branch.

Just visited the Minehead store where I was served by a very rude assistant. She didn’t greet me at anytime other than to ask if I wanted a bag. She spent the whole of the transaction chatting to her fellow assistant and who she was serving. No smile , abrupt no people skills. I won’t be visiting this store again.
